Ring of Honor held an extensive set of television tapings on September 28 at WJCT Studios in Jacksonville, Florida. The event featured over 30 matches scheduled to air on upcoming episodes of ROH HonorClub, highlighted by multiple championship defenses and an emotional opening address.
Tony Khan Opens Show With PAC Tribute
Prior to the start of match action, AEW and ROH Owner Tony Khan took the microphone to address the crowd regarding the tragic passing of PAC (Ben Satterley). Khan announced that the upcoming September 30 edition of AEW Dynamite in Pittsburgh will serve as a dedicated tribute broadcast to honor his life and career. Khan emphasized that every performer competing at the ROH tapings and scheduled for Dynamite was doing so entirely voluntarily.
