Kofi Kingston Files New Trademarks Ahead of His Post‑WWE Future

Former WWE Superstar Kofi Kingston has filed two new trademark applications — “KSM” and “Kofi Sarkodie‑Mensah” — signaling movement behind the scenes as he prepares for the next chapter of his career. The filings were submitted on Tuesday, August 11.

Both trademarks cover entertainment services, including wrestling exhibitions and performances, as well as the distribution of wrestling news and information online. They also extend to merchandising, giving Kingston full control over branding tied to his real name and initials.

Kingston and Austin Creed (Xavier Woods) left WWE at the beginning of May. In late July, the duo released an animated video commemorating their departures, fueling speculation about their next destination. AEW has been the most discussed possibility, though nothing has been confirmed.
