Paige revealed graphic images and videos of a head injury suffered during Friday’s episode of WWE SmackDown.
The injury occurred during a chaotic segment involving Paige, Brie Bella, Fatal Influence, and the Irresistible Forces.

The segment saw Fatal Influence and the Irresistible Forces interrupt Paige and Brie Bella before Nia Jax and Lash Legend attacked the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.
Rhea Ripley later made her entrance and confronted the attackers, but fans quickly noticed Paige checking the top of her head at ringside during the sequence.
Shortly afterward, footage circulated online showing visible blood coming from Paige’s head.
Paige later addressed the situation herself by posting graphic photos and videos on Instagram that revealed a deep cut near the top of her head.
The former WWE Divas Champion also referenced the apparent cause of the injury in her caption.
“Nia Jax said, ‘Welcome back bitch,’” Paige wrote.
While WWE has not officially confirmed the exact cause of the wound, the injury appeared to occur during the microphone shot delivered by Jax during the attack.
The segment immediately sparked concern among fans due to the amount of blood visible at ringside.
Paige recently returned to WWE during night one of WrestleMania 42 after replacing an injured Nikki Bella.
The returning star teamed with Brie Bella and captured the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships in what marked Paige’s first WWE match since 2017.
Her comeback had already become one of WWE’s most talked-about returns of the year prior to Friday’s injury scare.
