The current card for AEW Double or Nothing 2026 has taken shape following the May 13 episode of Dynamite, with several championship bouts and tournament matches now confirmed for next weekend’s event.
The main event will see AEW World Champion Darby Allin defend his title against MJF in a title vs. hair match. The stipulation was made official after Allin successfully retained the championship against Konosuke Takeshita on Dynamite. After the match, MJF came to the ring to sign the contract, but the situation quickly turned physical. MJF attacked Allin and used his Dynamite Diamond Ring before attempting further damage, only for Kevin Knight to make the save. The added stipulation stems from Allin previously stating that MJF would only get another title shot if he put something meaningful on the line.
The AEW Women’s World Championship will also be defended in a four-way match as Thekla faces Hikaru Shida, Kris Statlander, and Jamie Hayter. With four competitors involved, the match presents an unpredictable challenge for the champion.
Kazuchika Okada is set to defend the AEW International Championship against Konosuke Takeshita. Takeshita enters the bout looking to rebound after falling short in his recent world title opportunity against Allin.
The AEW World Tag Team Championships will be on the line in an I Quit street fight, as FTR defend against Adam Copeland and Christian Cage. The added stipulation raises the stakes further, as Copeland and Cage must win the match in order to remain a team.
A large-scale Stadium Stampede match has also been announced, featuring Chris Jericho, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, Kenny Omega, Jack Perry, and The Young Bucks taking on The Demand, Mark Davis, Andrade El Idolo, Clark Connors, and David Finlay. The match brings together multiple ongoing rivalries into one chaotic environment.
Tournament action will play a major role on the show as well. Will Ospreay faces Samoa Joe in an Owen Hart Foundation tournament quarterfinal, marking their first-ever meeting. Ospreay recently returned from neck surgery, while Joe is coming off a recent comeback following a concussion. On the other side of the bracket, Swerve Strickland meets Bandido in another quarterfinal match that has been building for weeks.
In the women’s Owen Hart tournament, Willow Nightingale will take on Alex Windsor in a quarterfinal bout. The winner will advance further in the tournament, which is set to conclude at Forbidden Door on June 28.
With multiple titles on the line and tournament implications across the card, Double or Nothing is set to be a key event heading into the summer.
