We go to credits.

–– Here is what’s in store for tonight’s show ––

  • Shiloh Hill vs. Ricky Saints.
  • NXT North American Championship: Myles Borne (c) vs. Saquon Shugars.
  • BirthRight vs. E.K. Prosper & Dorian Van Dux.
  • Lizzy Rain to debut.
  • Tony D’Angelo issues a challenge.

Myles Borne rolls into tonight’s episode of NXT with another title defense on his plate, just one week removed from successfully retaining the North American Championship against Dion Lennox during Week Two of the NXT Revenge special. Tonight, Borne faces another member of DarkState as he defends against Saquon Shugars. Tension between Lennox and Shugars has been bubbling for weeks, with Shugars openly frustrated that Lennox seems more focused on his own rise than the group’s success. That friction only intensified last Tuesday when Borne sent both men crashing into one another in the closing moments of his title defense. Now Shugars gets his shot — and DarkState’s internal cracks may widen even further.

After retaining the NXT Championship against now‑Raw star Ethan Page during Week One of NXT Revenge, Tony D’Angelo is set to appear tonight. D’Angelo has been champion since dethroning Joe Hendry in the Fatal Four‑Way at Stand & Deliver, and with Page now out of the picture, the question becomes: who steps up next? Tonight’s show promises the first hints at his next challenger.

Speaking of that Fatal Four‑Way, Ricky Saints returns to singles action tonight as he faces Shiloh Hill in their first televised one‑on‑one encounter. Saints attempted to help Page during the NXT Championship Match at Week One of Revenge, but Hill prevented the interference by yanking Saints off his feet with a rope from underneath the ring. With that stunt still fresh in Saints’ mind, tonight’s match carries plenty of unfinished business.

NXT Heritage Cup Champion Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo teams with Uriah Connors of BirthRight to take on EK Prosper and Dorian Van Dux. Prosper defeated Van Dux in the opening round of the WWE Speed Championship No. 1 Contender’s Tournament at Week One of Revenge, but the finals told a different story. Thanks to interference from BirthRight’s Arianna Grace, Lexis King defeated Prosper to become the new WWE Speed Champion at Week Two. With all four men now tangled in overlapping grudges, tonight’s tag match is set to be heated.

Additionally, Lizzy Rain — formerly known as Rayne Leverkusen — will make her official NXT television debut tonight against an opponent yet to be announced. With a new name and a clean slate, Rain looks to make an immediate impact.
