According to Wrestlenomics, NXT Revenge Week Two drew 591,000 viewers on April 21. This marks an increase from the 584,000 viewers recorded on April 14. The show also saw a slight rise in the key 18–49 demographic, posting a 0.10 rating compared to the 0.09 rating from the previous week. The increase suggests steady audience growth for NXT as it continues its run on Tuesday nights.

The episode faced strong competition from both the NFL and NBA Playoffs, which likely affected overall numbers.
