Lady Frost is set to become a free agent at midnight on April 1, as her AEW contract officially expires. The update was first reported by Fightful Select, which also noted that multiple companies have already shown interest in signing her.
According to the report, this outcome had been expected for some time and was simply reaffirmed as the expiration date approached. With interest already in place, Lady Frost’s next move in professional wrestling could come together quickly.
Lady Frost began her wrestling career with a WWE appearance on the March 26, 2018 episode of WWE RAW, where she competed under the name Jamie Frost in a match against Asuka. Although she came up short in that outing, it marked the start of her journey in the industry.
Following that debut, she built her reputation on the independent circuit, gaining experience across multiple promotions. Her work eventually led to opportunities in AEW, where she appeared on Dark, Dynamite, and Collision. During her time with the company, she challenged for the TBS Championship on two occasions, facing Kris Statlander in June 2023 and Julia Hart in November 2023. She also competed in ROH, further expanding her presence under the AEW umbrella.
Outside of AEW, Lady Frost had a notable run in TNA Wrestling between 2021 and 2022. She competed in the Knockouts division and was the first entrant in the inaugural Knockouts Ultimate X match at Hard to Kill, adding a key moment to her resume.
Her international experience includes two stints in CMLL. In 2022, she reached the final of the CMLL International Women’s Gran Prix and later won the Copa Bicentenario tournament alongside Dalys la Caribeña. In 2025, she again reached the finals of a major tournament, competing for the vacant CMLL World Women’s Tag Team Championship.
Lady Frost has also competed in NWA, showcasing her versatility across different promotions and styles. She comes from a wrestling background as well, as the granddaughter of veteran Tony Marino.
As of now, Lady Frost has not publicly commented on her AEW departure. With free agency approaching and multiple companies reportedly interested, her next step is expected to draw attention across the wrestling industry.
