Rodman will be inducted as part of the Celebrity Wing during the ceremony scheduled for April 17 in Las Vegas. He joins a growing list of confirmed names that includes Stephanie McMahon, AJ Styles, and the legendary tag team Demolition.
Known for his unique personality and impact on basketball, Rodman built a Hall of Fame career in the NBA. He won five championships during his time with the Detroit Pistons and the Chicago Bulls, and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2011.
Rodman also made a notable impact in professional wrestling, particularly during his appearances with World Championship Wrestling in the late 1990s. He became part of the nWo storyline, aligning with Hulk Hogan during one of the most popular periods in wrestling history.
Across his time in wrestling, Rodman competed in four matches. One of his most memorable appearances came when he teamed with Hogan to face Diamond Dallas Page and Karl Malone. The match gained major attention, especially after Rodman skipped a practice during the 1998 NBA Finals to take part in the WCW event.
Rodman now joins a group of celebrity inductees who have crossed over into the wrestling world. Past names in the Celebrity Wing include Pete Rose, William Perry, Bob Uecker, Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali, and Ozzy Osbourne.
