WWE SmackDown Results – February 20, 2026 – Welcome to WrestlingAttitude’s coverage of WWE SmackDown on February 20, from the Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, FL.

We are live from the Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, FL, as Cody Rhodes makes his way to the ring to start the show. Jacob Fatu’s music interrupts Cody before he can say anything else.

Jacob tells Cody to keep it 100.  You wouldn’t be out here speaking about Elimination Chamber if it wasn’t for Drew.  He says he had Cody and Sami beat last week.  He was walking out with the W.  He says he knows it and Cody knows it.  He says he isn’t concerned about Cody, it is about Drew McIntyre.  

Fatu tells Drew to bring his Punk ass out here.  

Nick Aldis comes out and he says that he gave Drew the night off.  He didn’t want to do it because Drew is the champion.  With the Chamber around the corner and Wrestlemania on the horizon, he can’t risk anything.  He says this is Cody’s time so they can go to his office and discuss getting his hands on Drew.

Drew says Cody and Fatu can’t keep the champ’s name out of their mouths.  Drew appears in a suite.  He says he appreciates the night off but he will do what he wants.  He loves Smackdown so much he bought an entire suite to watch the show.  He tells Jacob he heard him run his mouth and he is right here.  You are all bark and no bite.  What are you going to do.

Fatu leaves the ring and he attacks security trying feebly to stop Fatu.  Nick tells security to get Drew out of here.  He says he will get Drew out of the building and they can talk.

Drew says the whole damn world is against him because he is champ.  They are jealous of him because he is the champ.  They all want to be him because he is the champ.

Cody says the world isn’t after him because he is champ.  They are after him because he is an asshole.

Backstage:

Ilja Dragunov tells Carmelo he is the US Champion and he is HIM.  If you shoot, you don’t miss.  He tells Carmelo he will win the qualifying match, he will win the Chamber, and go to Wrestlemania. Hayes says he doesn’t need Ilja to tell him what he needs to do.  He tells Ilja to focus on his opponent.  He says he doesn’t miss. Ilja says he believes in him.  Ilja says Hayes will not walk into Wrestlemania as the US Champion.

We go to commercial.

Backstage:

We are back and Fatu tells NIck he respects him. Nick asks Fatu how long did he wait to get here.  He will give Fatu Drew but he has to wait. Fatu says he won’t wait much longer. Fatu leaves the building.

Ilja Dragunov vs. Tama Tonga

Ilja with a forearm and chops to Tama.  Tama with punches to Ilja.  Tama chokes Ilja in the corner and Ilja with head butts, which might not be the smartest against someone from a Pacific Island.  Tama with chops and an Irish whip that sends Ilja face first into the turnbuckles.  Tama runs into a knee and Ilja with a jumping boot to Tama.  Ilja with a running knee into the corner.  Ilja avoids a punch and hits a German suplex.  Ilja with a running boot to the head.  Tama drops Ilja on the top rope.  Ilja with a waist lock but Tama blocks the German suplex.  Ilja goes for Konstantin Special but Tama with a drop kick to Ilja in the ropes to send him to the floor.  Tama goes to the floor and he comes off the ring steps with a flying clothesline.  Tama sends Ilja back into the ring and he punches Ilja.  Ilja kicks Tama but Tama with an elbow drop to the back.  Tama with a hard Irish whip that sends Ilja face first into the turnbuckles.

Ilja with a chop but Tama with a slap.  Tama with an Irish whip but Ila stops in the corner and he connects with a series of clotheslines into the corner.  Ilja with a slam and a knee drop off the turnbuckles for a near fall.  Ilja goes up top and Tama stops him.  Tama with a press slam.  Ilja and Tama exchange slaps.  Tama with a forearm and Ilja with a clothesline.  Tama and Ilja with clotheslines at the same time and both go down.  Ila wtih a chop and Tama chops back.  They continue the exchange with slaps and chops.  Ilja with a chop to the knee and he misses a boot to the head.  Ilja with a snap mare and a German suplex.  Ilja holds on for another German suplex and he hits it.  Ilja holds on and sets for another one but Tama with a standing switch.  Ilja with Konstantin Special and he gets a near fall.  

Ilja rolls to the apron and goes up top but he leaps over Tama and rolls through.  Tama with a flatliner for a near fall.  Tama sets for a Tiger Driver but Ila escapes and avoids a clothesline.  Ilja sends Tama to the mat.  Ilja goes up top closer to the Solo Squad.  Loa distracts Ilja and Ilja with head butts to send Tama to the mat.  Ilja goes uop and hits the back senton.  Ilja sets for Torpedo Moscow and Mateo gets on the apron.  Tama with a rollup for a near fall.  Tama with a punch and Ilja with a kick.  Loa gets on the apron and Ilja knocks him fo the apron.  Tama with cutthroat for the three count.

Winner:  Tama Tonga

Solo asks if you thought he was playing.  He ain’t.  He says this is his show and this is what is going to happen going on.  They are coming after all the titles.

Ilja attacks Solo and everyone else pulls Ilja off Solo.  Mateo with a punch and Talla with a choke slam.  They hold Ilja for a Samoan Spike but Matt Cardona comes to the ring and Talla kicks him off the apron.  Matt is sent into the ring post. Apollo Crews comes out and they stop Crews.  

The lights go out and that puts the fear of God into the Soloians.

Bo appears on the Tron and he tells Solo it is clear that you use your family as a crutch.  That is why you are still standing.  If you are the shining light, then it is time for you to show that you can stand on your own.  The next time he comes down to that ring, he will be alone.  He will expose all the insecurities that you have hidden from the fireflies.  Will you show up? Bo laughs.

Backstage:

Drew is on the phone and Nick shows up. Drew says he was having some fun.  He says he saw Nick smiling. Nick talks about how there is chaos because of Drew.  Nick gives Drew points for buying the suite.  He tells Drew to keep testing him and he will show hiim what to do. Drew says he is going to leave and he tells Nick to relax.

Backstage:

Byron Saxton is with Randy Orton. Byron asks Drew about the people in the match next Saturday. Randy says everyone is on edge.  We saw what just happened with Drew.  When it comes to his friend, Cody Rhodes…

Zelina Vega interrupts and she says it is like you predicted this.  There is only one road left for you to take. Black says there was a time when no one would be able to get this close to you because they would experience the worst headache ever.  Black asks where is that man?  He says we should poke around in your head. Randy says the only version he needs to kick Black’s ass is this one.  He says he will talk to Aldis to get a match.

Backstage:

We are back and Byron is with Lash Legend and Nia Jax. They correct him about their team name. Nia says this is the busiest time of the year and she has her match for the Chamber and then next week they will have a tag title match next week. Byron mentions the tag title match next week. Lash says they are coming for it all.  If you have the slightest doubt whether they run the division, you will see at Wrestlemania.

In the Arena:

Jade Cargill makes her way to the ring.

Jade says she is not going to tell you again. She defends the title on her time.  Jordynne tried her best, but her best wasn’t good enough.  Everybody is so bold backstage and so loud online, but when you step to her, you are quiet.  She tells Liv that she will be making her decision on Monday in Atlanta.  Jade says she resides there, so she will be there to hear her decision.  She runs through the options for the Elimination Chamber.  She says after Wrestlemania, she will be the champion because she is still that bitch.

Jade has some words for Charlotte Flair as she goes to the ring for her match.  Flair wooos at her and a referee tells Jade to go to the back.

Women’s Elimination Chamber Qualifier: Nia Jax vs Charlotte Flair vs Kiana James

Flair and Nia have some words and then Flair with an elbow to James.  Flair sends Kiana into Nia for a shoulder tackle.  Nia with a shoulder tackle to Flair.  James talks to Nia about strategy and Nia says there is a deal but that was a ruse.  Flair sends James into the turnbuckles and James with a boot.  Nia with pop up head butts to both women.  Nia with a running hip to James and then Flair.  Nia gives James a stink face.  Flair with a boot and then Nia goes into the ring post shoulder first.  James kicks Flair in the ribs and follows with a punch.  James sends Flair to the mat and hits an elbow drop for a near fall.  James with a reverse chin lock.  Nia gets on the apron and James kicks her off.  James with kicks to the ribs and she returns to the reverse chin lock.  Flair with forearms to James but James with an Irish whip.  Flair floats over and James with a back elbow.  James with shoulders into the corner and Nia returns to the ring.  James and Flair with a double thrust kick but Nia with a double clothesline.  Nia mocks Flair.

Nia kicks James and sets for a double suplex but they block it and they hit a double suplex on Nia.  James with a rollup on Flair for a near fall.   James with a forearm and Flair goes up top and hits a cross body.  Flair with chops to James and Nia.  Flair with a thrust kick to Nia and hits a walkover clothesline on James.  Flair sends James to the apron and she chops Nia.  Nia with an Irish whip and Flair does the Flair flip and she kicks Nia but James with a thrust kick o the apron.  Nia gets James up but Flair kicks Nia and Nia hits a Samoan drop on James.  Flair goes up top for a moonsault onto both women and she hits it.

Flair gets a near fall on Nia.  Flair is caught by Nia but Flair counters with a rana.  Nia with a Samoan drop to Flair but James with a Samoan drop to Nia for a near fall.  James goes up top but Nia rolls to the floor.  Flair with a boot to James on the apron.  They go to the turnbuckles and Flair chops James.  James sets for a uranage off the turnbuckles but Flair counters into Spanish Fly for a near fall.  Nia trips Flair when Flair goes for Natural Selection.  Nia sends Flair into the ring post and then back into the ring.  James with a boot to Nia’s head.  Nia goes for a shoulder but moves and she hits the ring steps.  James sets for a figure four but Flair kicks her away.  Flair with a power bomb and a bridging figure four.  Nia with a leg drop to break up the hold.   Nia sets for aNIAlator on James and hits it but Flair breaks up the cover.

Flair and Nia go face to face.  They exchange punches and Nia with a head butt.  Flair says she is not impressed with Nia and she drops Nia on the top rope.  Flair goes up top and Nia with a forearm to stop her.  NIa goes for a super Samoan Drop but Flair counters with a sunset flip power bomb.  Flair with a figure four and she bridges.  James goes under and she rolls up Flair for the three count.

Winner:  Kiana James

Backstage:

Byron stops by to talk to Rhea and Iyo about Kiana qualifying. Rhea says it is so sad that Nia didn’t win.  She says it was quite an upset.  Iyo says her partner won’t be so lucky. Rhea says she will beat Giulia and Iyo will qualify next week. Byron asks about the tag title match. Rhea says they are focused on the Chamber but they are used to the pressure.  Iyo says that Nia and Lash doesn’t stand a chance.  She says may the best woman win the Elimination Chamber.

Kit Wilson vs. Oba Femi

The bell rings and we are under way. Wilson is outside of the ring. He grabs a microphone and tells Oba Femi that he feels like Oba Femi has grown. From feminist to feminist, he wants to read him a poem. Wilson gets on the ring apron and opens a note book. He says “Oba Femi, forgive my doubt, I now see the greatness that people talk about. You’re impressive, incredible, born to reign, with all these people chanting your name. I thought you were a brute, I now know that’s not fair, when I look in your eyes, I see a little teddy bear”.

Oba Femi grabs the microphone and tells Kit that was nice. He tells him to read another one but Wilson says he only prepared one. Oba Femi tells him to read another one. Wilson says this is old material. “Nine things I hate about men. I hate how they think being loud means being strong”.

Wilson ends it with “I hate the ruler, Oba of toxicity”. Oba Femi throws him into the ring and lands a clothesline. Oba Femi with a running uppercut. He lifts Wilson up and throws him across the ring. He lifts Wilson up and lands Fall From Grace. He goes for the cover and gets the pin.

Winner:  Oba Femi

Backstage:

We cut to Nick Aldis who is standing in front of the giant box from Raw that has the Elimination Chamber date on it. In comes R-Truth who tells him that it is an Elimination Chamber award. Aldis tells one of the staff members to send it back to Raw. In comes Damian Priest and Truth tells him only one of them can go to WrestleMania. Truth tells Nick to tell Priest and Aldis tells Truth that he is wrong. Truth tells Aldis that he got his balls confused again and leaves. Priest tells him he appreciates the match.

We go to commercial.

Tiffany Stratton vs. Alba Fyre

They lock up and Alba with a take down.  Tiffany blocks a kick and Tiffany with a side head lock.  Tiffany holds on when Alba tries to send her off the ropes.  Tiffany with a flying mare take down.  Tiffany floats over in the corner and does it again.  Alba tries to trip Tiffany but she does cartwheels.  Tiffany sends Alba into the ropes and Tiffany with a running hip to the back and follows with a drop kick for a near fall.  Alba sends Tiffany to the apron and Tiffany with a leg sweep and a hesitation senton.  Tiffany with a series of near falls.  Alba with a side head lock and a rake of the eyes.  Alba with a tornado DDT.  Alba chops Tiffany in the corner and against the ropes.  Alba chokes Tiffany in the corner.  Tiffany with a rollup for a near fall.  Alba with a punch for a near fall.  Alba works on the neck.  Alba with a knee to the midsection.

Winner: Tiffany Stratton

Backstage:

Cody walks in the back and he stops to talk to Sami and asks how he is doing.  Cody says there has been some bad luck for Sami recently and he has nothing to be ashamed of.

Sami says if anyone should be ashamed of themselves it should be Cody.  Sami says he helped Cody when Drew got involved.  You hit me with CrossRhodes to win the match.  You put the knife in my back.

Cody says he took advantage of an opportunity.  You have to take advantage of them, and you haven’t and that is why you haven’t been champion.

Sami says that is why Cody is the golden boy.  You got to finish your story.  Sami says no one chose him.  He says he has been trying to finish his story for ten years.

Cody asks Sami where was he when he was in Germany and tried to do the right thing but lost the title.  Cody says it is not him or the system.  The only thing in your way is you.

Sami punches something and there is a cackle behind him.

Trick Williams tells Sami with friends like Cody, you don’t need enemies.  He says he will do what Sami couldn’t and that is get the job done.

Sami goes after Cody to apologize to him.  He says he is not doing great.  What you said was right.  You are going to become champion again, but remember that you had some help along the way.

Cody says he doesn’t forget.

Men’s Elimination Chamber Qualifier: Trick Williams vs Carmelo Hayes vs Damian Priest

Trick wants to work with Hayes but Hayes refuses.  Priest with a punch to Trick and a forearm to Hayes.  Hayes with a drop kick to Priest and Priest with a face plant.  Trick with a forearm to Priest’s back.  Trick with chops but Priest chops back.  Hayes with a splash to Trick and Priest boxes the ears.  Priest with elbows to Hayes and Trick.  Priest with a kick to Hayes and a flatliner to Trick.  Priest catches Hayes off the ropes and drops him onto Trick.  Priest with a forearm and a snap mare driver to Hayes for a near fall.   Trick flips through to avoid a chokes lam.  Hayes with a springboard clothesline to Trick.  Priest with kicks and a forearm.  Hayes with La Mistica to Priest and Priest with a Broken Arrow to Hayes for a near fall.  Priest with forearms to Trick.  Trick drops down and Priest tries for a flying shoulder tackle but he goes over the top rope to the floor.

Hayes and Trick are alone in the ring and it is reunion time.  Trick misses a bicycle kick and Hayes with a roll up for a near fall.  Trick gets a near fall.  They both block a kick and they both punch each other and go down.  Priest pulls Hayes tot he floor and he hot shots Hayes on the apron.  Priest returns to the ring and he connects with a forearm to Trick followed by another one.  Trick with a jumping neck breaker for a near fall.  Hayes with a double sledge to the back followed by a chop.  Hayes punches Trick from the turnbuckles.  Hayes with a DDT to Priest and Trick sends Hayes to the floor.  Hayes with a springboard double DDT.  Hayes with a flip dive onto Priest and then he drop kicks Trick into the ringside barrier.  Hayes goes up top and he hits a frog splash for a near fall.  Priest goes to the floor and Hayes sets for a dive but Trick with a leg lariat.  Trick looks around and he tries to pick up Hayes but drops him.  Trick with a uranage for a near fall.  

Trick yells at Hayes and he chops him.  Hayes chops Trick back a few times.  Hayes goes for a springboard move but Trick knocks Hayes off the ropes to the floor.  Priest with a POUNCE to send Hayes onto the announce table.  Trick with a flapjack to Priest onto the announce table.  Hayes escapes Trick’s shoulders and Trick with a cyclone kick for a near fall.  Trick puts Hayes on the turnbuckles.  ayes and Trick exchange punches.  Priest with a forearm to Trick’s back and he hits a Razor’s Edge on Trick for a near fall.  Hayes with Nothin but Net on Priest for a near fall.  Hayes with a punch to Trick and Trick punches back.  Hayes with a chop to Trick and Trick punches back.  Priest with kicks to Hayes and Trick followed by more kicks.  Priest runs into kicks from Trick and Hayes.  Trick sends Hayes onto Priest for a near fall but Trick pulls him off.  Hayes breaks up a cover by Trick.  Hayes with a take down to counter a uranage for a near fall.  

Trick with a crucifix for a near fall.  Hayes hits First 48 on Trick and he goes up top.  Priest with a forearm to Hayes off the ropes.  Trick with a knee to stop Razor’s Edge.  Trick with a jumping knee for the three count.

Winner:  Trick Williams

Backstage:

The tag team division is around BOX and Nick tells Candice he doesn’t know what is in the box.  Johnny is depressed on top of the box. Jordynne Grace shows up and Candice tells Grace to wait her turn. Grace tells Candice that she will have problems if she talks to her like that. Nick says they can have a match next week.

Backstage:

Jade is having a photo shoot and B Fab shows up. Michin shows up and she asks Jade if she forgot injuring her.  Fab says it would be better if she doesn’t see it coming.  Michin says they can hurt her pride and take her title so she doesn’t have to worry about Wrestlemania.

Giulia vs. Rhea Ripley

They lock up and Rhea backs Giulia into the corner.  Rhea with a clean break and Giulia pushes Rhea and yells at her.  They lock up again and Giulia with a break and she slaps Rhea.  Rhea blocks a tornado DDT but Giulia with a guillotine.  Rhea puts Giulia on the turnbuckles and she chops Giulia.  Rhea blocks another tornado DDT and Rhea turns it into a delayed vertical suplex.  Rhea gets a near fall.  Giulia escapes RipTide and Giula pulls Rhea to the mat by the hair.  Giulia with a forearm into the corner and follows with a missile drop kick.  Giulia with kicks but Rhea with shoulders in the corner.  Rhea misses a shoulder into the corner and hits the ring post.  Giulia with a flying boot to send Rhea into the ring steps.  Giulia kicks Rhea in the back.  Giulia forces Rhea to the floor.  Giulia with a chop and she sends Rhea into the ringside barrier.  

Rhea sends Giulia back into the ring.  Giulia puts Rhea in the ropes and she stretches Rhea.  Giulia with a drop kick to the back for a near fall.  Giulia with a curb stomp.  Giulia with a reverse chin lock.  Rhea with a forearm to the back but Giulia sends Rhea to the mat.  Giulia kicks Rhea in the head but Rhea blocks a knee and Rhea with a drop kick.  Rhea with a forearm and Giulia fires back.  They go back and forth.  Rhea with short arm clotheslines and a back heel kick.  Rhea with a face plant and a drop kick.  Rhea goes up top and Giulia stops her.  Giulia sets for a butterfly superplex but Rhea stops her.  Rhea comes under and hits a super kick against the turnbuckles.  Rhea gets a near fall.  Giulia with elbows to block RipTide.  Giulia with a knee for a near fall.  Rhea blocks a Northern Lights Bomb and Rhea with RipTide, but . . . 

Nia Jax appears on the apron and Rhea with a drop kick to Nia.  Lash with a boot to Rhea.

Winner:  Rhea Ripley (by disqualification)

After the match, Rhea is attacked by Lash and Nia.  Iyo comes out and she sends Nia to the floor and hits shotei on Lash.  Rhea clotheslines Lash over the top rope to the floor.

Backstage:

Oba Femi walks in the back and Miz stops him.  He says that Oba is impressive and a Wrestlemania main eventer waiting to happen.  MIz says as the locker room leader it is up to him to get everyone ready.  He says he can show Oba the ropes. Oba says he can show him next week.  He says he will talk to Aldis. Miz is fine with that, until he realizes that means a match.

We go to commercial.

Backstage:

Charlotte Flair is with Alexa Bliss. She tells Bliss she knows that she lost but Bliss will be fine with that. She says that she is fine. In comes Kiana James with Giulia. Kiana asks Bliss if she will be fine without Flair in the Chamber. She says she and Giulia are the most powerful duo and Bliss laughs. She tells them to prove it. Giulia begins to yell in Japanese but Kiana pulls her back and they leave.

Backstage:

We cut to the MFTs and Solo tells them to go get the car. Tama Tonga tells them that he has to finish packing. Solo tells Tama Tonga that he is proud of him and that he knows he will be United States champion. He tells him that they have to focus on the lantern and the Wyatt Sicks can’t get it back. Solo leaves and Tama speaks in Japanese. He turns around and in comes Shinsuke Nakamura. He tells Tama Tonga that he is in Solo’s shadow and he is held back from being his own man. Tama tells him that he has always been his own man. Nakamura tells him the next time they fight, to leave his family tree in the forest.

We go to commercial.

Aleister Black vs. Randy Orton

They lock up and Orton with a side head lock and shoulder tackle.  Randy poses.  Orton twists to the mat and Black sits down in front of him.  Black misses a kick and Orton with a kick.  Orton punches Black and he goes to the turnbuckles for more punches.  Orton clotheslines Black over the top rope to the floor.  Orton goes to the floor and he tries to send Black into the table but Black blocks it.  Black with kicks and they return to the ring.  Orton sends Black to the floor again.  Orton sets for a back drop driver onto the table and he drops Black on the table.  Orton breaks the count and returns to the announce table for one more and does it.  Randy breaks the count and returns to the floor for a third one and he hits it despite Black’s attempts to stop Orton.  Orton sends Black into the ring and he gets a near fall.  Black goes to the floor and Orton follows.  Black punches Orton and connects with a few kicks.  Orton with a kick and he drops Black onto the ringside barrier.  Orton sends Black back into the ring.

Orton gets a near fall.  Orton with the Garvin Stomp.  Vega gets on the apron and Black uses the distraction to connect with a knee to the back and it sends Orton to the floor.  Black with a running kick from the apron and he sends Orton into the ring post.  Black sends Orton back into the ring.  Black with a running knee to the head for a near fall.  Black with a reverse chin lock.  Orton with punches and a head butt.  Orton goes for a suplex but Black with a knee to the head.  Black with a knee lift and a flying forearm for a near fall.  Black with a reverse chin lock.  Orton with a European uppercut that sends Black to the apron.  Orton goes for the IEDDT but Black stops him and he drops Orton on the top rope.  Black with a boot to the head.  Black with a back elbow and he gets a near fall. 

Black kicks Orton and applies a reverse chin lock.  Orton with a belly-to-back suplex.  Orton with two clotheslines and he ducks a clothesline.  Orton with a power slam.  Orton sends Black to the apron for the IEDDT and he hits it.  Orton looks around and he twists to the mat for the RKO.  Orton sets for the RKO but Black pushes him away and goes to the floor.  Orton goes to the floor and Black with a round kick to Orton.  Orton with a thumb to the eyes.  Orton goes for a back drop driver onto the announce table but Black gets onto the announce table.  Orton with a leg sweep that drops Black onto the announce table.  Orton with an IEDDT off the announce table.  

Dew McInytre hits Randy in the head with the title belt.  Orton rolls into ther ing.

Cody runs to the ring and Drew goes into the crowd.  Cody follows after him.

Back in the ring, Black goes for Black Mass and hits it for the three count.

Winner:  Aleister Black 

After the match, Drew poses in the crowd while Cody checks on Randy in the ring.

Two More Spots in the Elimination Chamber Will Be Decided

The fields for both the Men’s and Women’s Elimination Chamber Matches continue to fill out tonight.

Men’s Triple Threat Qualifier

Trick Williams vs. United States Champion Carmelo Hayes vs. Damian Priest Williams and Hayes’ fractured friendship adds emotional weight to this qualifier, while Priest looks to secure his path to WrestleMania.
