TNA iMPACT Results – February 19, 2026 – Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt handled commentary duties, with Ash joining them to continue her ongoing social‑media feud with Mickie James. Ash openly invited James to appear on IMPACT next week.
Indi Hartwell vs. Heather (w/ The Elegance Brand)
Hartwell climbed the ropes early, but Heather distracted the referee long enough for M to shove Hartwell to the floor. On commentary, Ash attempted to highlight Heather’s improvement, only for Heather to immediately mistime a corner sequence. She recovered with a clean moonsault that earned a near fall. Heather then slowed the pace, applying a sleeper and body‑scissors while Mr. Elegance flexed at ringside. Hartwell escaped by backing Heather into the corner. When Hartwell attempted a snap mare with Heather still on her back, both women lost balance and fell awkwardly.
Hartwell regained control with a spinebuster and headed to the top rope. The Elegance Brand tried to interfere again, prompting the referee to eject everyone from ringside. Heather attempted a Spanish Fly, but Hartwell held onto the ropes, sending Heather crashing alone. Ash, still at ringside due to commentary, tried to interfere, but Hartwell countered and hit the Hurts Donut for the pin.
Match Result: Indi Hartwell defeated Heather (7:09).
Steve Maclin Blocked From Entering the Building
Security attempted to keep Steve Maclin outside. Tom Hannifan tried to calm him down and said he would speak with “TNA Management” to see if Maclin could be allowed inside. The identity of “TNA Management” remained unclear—Santino Marella, Daria Rae, Carlos Silva, or someone else entirely.
Mike Santana Apologizes to Leon Slater
Santana addressed Steve Maclin, calling him “a guy who doesn’t work here anymore,” and warned that if Maclin kept pushing, Santana would eventually answer. Santana then called out Leon Slater, admitting Slater supported him at No Surrender while he failed to return the favor. Santana apologized but also noted Slater wouldn’t have won without Moose’s involvement. Slater didn’t mind, proud of pinning Nic Nemeth in what many were calling the biggest win of his career.
The Nemeths interrupted. Nic tried to dismiss Slater’s win as luck, but Santana defended Slater as “The Youngest In Charge” and the X‑Division Champion. Slater challenged the Nemeths to a tag match later in the night, with Santana as his partner.
Daria Rae arrived, reminding everyone that wrestlers don’t make matches on her show. She said the match could happen in the future, but the ring needed to be cleared for the scheduled bout.
The System Sends a Message
From their locker room, The System called out Moose, saying it was time for him to move on. Eddie Edwards predicted championship success for every member of the group.
Frankie Kazarian Confirms Next Week’s Tag Match
Backstage, Frankie Kazarian confirmed with Daria Rae that Santana & Slater vs. The Nemeths would take place next week. Kazarian also added himself to the commentary team for that match.
Stacks (w/ Arianna Grace) vs. Trey Miguel – TNA International Championship
Arianna Grace cut a promo addressing online criticism and admitted she manipulated Santino Marella to secure this title match. She claimed Stacks would regain the International Championship and cement them as wrestling’s strongest power couple.
Trey Miguel debuted a new version of the TNA International Title featuring a green strap. This was Stacks’ contractually obligated rematch.
Stacks attempted quick pins early and based well for Miguel’s offense before targeting the arm. The fight spilled to the floor, where Stacks confronted Carlos Silva. Back inside, Stacks took control with a slam and mocked Santino with a comedic headbutt for a near fall. He continued with a suplex and a reverse cravat to wear Miguel down.
Miguel countered with a Lionsault, followed by clotheslines and a Northern Lights suplex rolled into a hammerlock. Stacks escaped, but Miguel hit a dropkick to the back of the head. Miguel attempted Shellshock, but Stacks countered and hit an implant DDT for a near fall. Stacks missed a top‑rope move, allowing Miguel to land a double stomp.
Stacks cut Miguel off on the top rope, but Miguel fought back with kicks and hit a meteora for another near fall. Grace slid her title belt into the ring, distracting the referee long enough for Stacks to rake Miguel’s eyes. Stacks attempted a Death Valley Driver, but Miguel countered into a cradle, then hit Shellshock and the Lightning Spiral for the win.
Match Result: Trey Miguel retained the TNA International Title (9:53 aired).
This match was significantly better than their No Surrender encounter.

Tessa Blanchard (w/ Victoria Crawford & Mila Moore) vs. Jody Threat
Threat earned this match by winning the No Surrender battle royal, last eliminating Blanchard.
Blanchard dominated early, taking the match to the mat and outclassing Threat. Threat attempted a Boston Crab, but Blanchard countered before being hit with repeated corner clotheslines. Blanchard reversed an Irish whip and drove a knee into Threat’s ribs, then hit a slingshot splash for a near fall.
Blanchard applied an abdominal stretch, targeting the ribs. Threat escaped with a hiptoss and fired back with forearms, chops, a pump kick, and a release German suplex. Threat lifted Blanchard for a fireman’s carry, but Mila Moore interfered with a kick to Threat’s stomach, causing a disqualification.
Match Result: Jody Threat won via disqualification (4:40).
The match lacked crowd energy. Blanchard continued attacking Threat’s ribs until Myla Grace and Harley Hudson made the save.
Rich Swann & BDE vs. Sinner & Saint (Judas Icarus & Travis Williams)
Swann and BDE opened with strong double‑team offense, but Williams cut off BDE with a chop. Icarus and Williams hit a double‑team corner kick for a near fall. BDE escaped a double suplex and tagged Swann, who hit a superkick on Icarus and a rana on Williams. Hannifan noted BDE’s “one million followers” watching along.
Williams hit BDE with a brainbuster, but Swann broke the pin. BDE hit a clip cutter, followed by Swann’s Oscutter for a near fall. Swann climbed the ropes, but Williams shoved BDE into him, crotching Swann. Sinner & Saint then hit Total Elimination on BDE for the win.
Match Result: Sinner & Saint defeated BDE & Swann (5:33).
Steph DeLander & Mance Warner Confront AJ Francis
Steph DeLander called AJ Francis a pig, and Mance Warner said she showed him all the trash Francis posted online. They stormed into Francis’ dressing room, interrupting a romantic moment with two women. DeLander confronted Francis, sparking a brawl that security had to break up.
The Hardys, The System, and The Righteous
The Hardys said they were hiding from no one, including The System. The System confronted them, but The Righteous arrived to back up the Hardys. Brian Myers warned the Hardys not to trust The Righteous. After The System left, Dutch apologized for the miscommunication at No Surrender and hinted that Daria Rae was helping them get a foothold in TNA.
Elayna Black Challenges Mara Sadé
Black, who nearly earned a Knockouts Title shot at No Surrender before being eliminated by Sadé, demanded answers. Sadé referenced their shared pre‑TNA history and said Black lived and breathed wrestling, while she succeeded because she “fit the optics” and “played to management.” Sadé challenged Black to expose her as a fraud. Black called Sadé a “stupid little obstacle course” she would overcome on her way to the title.

Ali stopped Elijah from pulling out a table and hit him with a guitar case. Elijah responded with a popup powerbomb. Ali tried to whip Elijah into the guitar case wedged in the corner, but Elijah reversed it, sending Ali headfirst into it.
Ali sent Elijah into the post and hit a 450 splash through a table on the floor. Order 4 then attacked. Agent Zero put Elijah in the casket, but Elijah threw powder in his face and fought back, tossing Zero into the instruments.
Back in the ring, Elijah set up Tasha Steelz for a tombstone. Ali swung a guitar, but Elijah moved and Ali hit Steelz instead. Elijah hit the tombstone and put Ali in the casket, but Hotch and Skylar prevented him from closing the lid. Ali recovered with a low blow.
