WWE Revenue Surges to $1.7 Billion in 2025 as TKO Releases Financial Results

WWE Posts Major Revenue Growth in 2025 as TKO Releases Full-Year Financial Results

WWE delivered one of its strongest financial years ever in 2025, according to TKO Group Holdings’ newly released fourth quarter and full‑year earnings report. The company generated $1.709 billion in revenue, an increase of $311.3 million from the prior year, marking a 22 percent jump driven by surging media rights income, expanded partnerships, and strong live event performance.

TKO highlighted that WWE’s growth was fueled primarily by escalating media rights fees, including the impact of its distribution agreements with Netflix and ESPN. The filing states that fourth quarter WWE revenue increased 21 percent to $359.6 million, with a $64.9 million rise in media rights, production, and content revenue. Partnerships and marketing revenue also climbed by $13.0 million, while consumer products licensing increased by $8.2 million.

For the full year, WWE saw increases across every major category:

  • Media rights, production and content revenue rose $135.1 million.
  • Partnerships and marketing revenue increased $76.6 million.
  • Live events and hospitality revenue grew $74.3 million.
  • Consumer products licensing and other revenue added $25.3 million.

WWE’s adjusted EBITDA for 2025 reached $896.5 million, up $215.4 million from the prior year, with margins improving from 49 percent to 52 percent. TKO attributed the gains to higher revenue across the board, partially offset by increased talent, travel, and personnel costs.

While WWE and UFC both posted strong growth—UFC rose to $1.502 billion for the year—TKO’s overall revenue declined 3 percent due to a $602.9 million drop in the IMG segment, which had benefited from the 2024 Paris Olympics in the prior year.

TKO reported full‑year revenue of $4.735 billion, net income of $546.2 million, and adjusted EBITDA of $1.585 billion. The company returned more than $1.3 billion to equity holders through share repurchases and dividends.

Looking ahead, TKO projects 2026 revenue between $5.675 billion and $5.775 billion, with adjusted EBITDA expected to reach $2.240–$2.290 billion.
