During the final moments, Grace pulled out her father Santino Marella’s signature Cobra and used it to stun Lee. She then followed up with her finishing move to secure the pinfall and win the Knockouts World Championship. The victory marked a major milestone for Grace, as it is the first title she has won across any promotion in her career.
Lee’s defeat brought an end to a reign that lasted approximately 88 days. She originally captured the title in November 2025 after defeating fellow NXT talent Kelani Jordan. Her run included several defenses before losing the championship at No Surrender.
Grace’s win also strengthens the ongoing crossover between WWE and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, as NXT talent continue to appear in the company’s title picture. The outcome places Grace at the center of the Knockouts division moving forward, with new challengers already emerging.
Earlier in the event, Jody Threat won the Knockouts Battle Royal to earn a future opportunity at the Knockouts World Championship. Her victory sets up a potential title clash in the coming weeks, with Grace now positioned as the champion to beat.
