TNA Announces Four Matches for AMC Debut – TNA Wrestling has officially locked in four matches for its debut episode on AMC, marking a major milestone for the promotion as Impact moves to its new Thursday night home. The premiere episode of Thursday Night Impact will air live on January 15, 2026, at 9 PM EST, and the updated card features championship matches, a major trios bout, and several top stars.
During the January 8 episode of Impact, TNA announced that TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions The IInspiration will defend their titles on the AMC debut show. Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay are set to put the gold on the line against The Elegance Brand, consisting of Heather By Elegance and M By Elegance. The company made the announcement via social media, writing, “BREAKING: The TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship is on the line as The Inspiration defend against The Elegance Brand LIVE Thursday, January 15 at 9PM ET on the premiere of Thursday Night iMPACT! on @AMC_TV.”
Another significant match was also confirmed for the premiere, as Matt and Jeff Hardy will team with Elijah to face Order 4. The trio will take on Mustafa Ali, Jason Hotch, and John Skyler in what will be Elijah’s first match in six months. TNA announced the bout by stating, “BREAKING: @Iam_Elijah teams with The Hardys to take on Order 4 in his first match in 6 months LIVE Thursday, January 15 at 9PM ET on the premiere of Thursday Night iMPACT @AMC_TV.”
These additions join two previously announced championship matches. TNA World Champion Frankie Kazarian will defend his title against Mike Santana, while X-Division Champion Leon Slater is set to put his championship on the line against Myron Reed. With multiple titles at stake and several major names involved, TNA is clearly aiming to make a strong impression with its AMC debut.
The January 15 episode represents a new chapter for Impact, as the promotion looks to capitalize on increased visibility and momentum heading into 2026.
