12/15 WWE RAW Results – Welcome to WrestlingAttitude’s live coverage of WWE RAW for December 15, from the Giant Center in Hershey, PA.

We are live from the Giant Center in Hershey, PA, as Gunther makes his way to the ring to a massive heat.

Gunther climbs the nearest turnbuckle to, as the kids would say, “farm more aura” as the crowd now begins chanting “you suck” at Gunther.

The crowd remind him of his previous failings as they chant “you tapped out,” something Gunther has a smirk at before he starts to speak…only for the crowd to shut him down with more booing. He can’t help but enjoy how much the crowd are on his case after Saturday Night’s Main Event, a grin forming on his face before finally speaking. He says he did what he said he would do…he made John Cena give up!

The crowd try to fight him as they continue booing, while Gunther says that when he gave up, Cena tapped out like a little b—h! He drops the microphone, leaving the ring to soak in the anti-adultation from this crowd…only to return to the ring, climbing the turnbuckle to mock the crowd some more.

Seemingly satisfied with the hate coming his way now, Gunther finally leaves the ring again and heads up the ramp…only to make his way back, returning to the announce table to taunt the fans yet again. Gunther reminds everyone that he made John Cena tap out like a little bitch.  Gunther says it is his time now.  He was the man who made John Cena give up.

Gunther walks through the back, continuing to chuckle, as Otis and Akira Tozawa stare him down. Otis asks if he feels good, and Gunther says that he does. R-Truth stares at Gunther and calls him a piece of trash before Gunther walks away.

Adam Pearce confronts him and asks if he is proud of beating John Cena, sending him into retirement, and walking over his legacy, telling him that does not make him a Ring General, it makes him an asshole. Pearce says Gunther is done for the night and tells him to find an exit.

Gunther leaves the building and runs into AJ Styles standing near his vehicle, asking AJ if he has anything he wants to say. AJ lets him pass, Gunther gets into his car, drives away, rolls down the window, and mocks AJ with Cena’s “you can’t see me” gesture before driving off.

In the Arena:

CM Punk makes his way to the ring.

He says he was forced to miss two episodes of Raw because smarter people said he wasn’t cleared and couldn’t fly.  He hated having to listen to Bron Breakker talk the last two weeks.  He calls Bron a cross eyed neanderthal nepo baby and you talked that you were mad that Punk tried to end your career at War Games.  You didn’t sign up for board games, you signed up for war.  Your team won and you had the audacity to stand in his ring and talk about how easy it was to beat CM Punk and pin his shoulders to the mat.  You wanted 2011 CM Punk but you can’t handle 2025 CM Punk with help from your friends.  You got help from Brock Lesnar, Bronson Reed, Drew McIntyre, and your mystery masked man.  Congrats Bronny, you beat him.

That puts you in line for a title shot.  You didn’t do it alone, did you?

Punk says he has been here before many times.  You can ask Paul how many times he took a guy and gassed up and it was too soon.  Punk says if he had money for every time he had a gassed up prospect ready for Wrestlemania, he would have a pocket full of dimes.  Punk says if you mention his wife again, it goes from business to personal and he says he will rip out Bron’s eyes and piss on his brain.

Punk says he would challenge Bron to show up alone to face him one on one.  It isn’t because you don’t have the balls, you don’t have the heart.  You aren’t able to carry this company.  Bring everyone with you.  He tells Bron to bring his dumb father and dumber uncle.  You will need it all to have a snowball’s chance in hell to beat him.

Punk says when he wins and you wake up and look around that Paul has left you to find the next big thing and Bronson is doing tik toks with internet scammers.  Your masked man won’t even show up..  The only person you will have left is dumb and dumber.  Even with Steiner Math, GTS equals 1, 2, 3 and STILL the champion of the world…the BEST in the World…CM Punk!

He drops the mic as his music hits, and he points to his title as we cut away.

Lyra fires back that one loss shouldn’t define the Bayley she grew up watching and bluntly agrees with Asuka that Bayley is an idiot, which sets Bayley off as she yells at Lyra, says she’ll beat Roxanne like Lyra couldn’t, calls Lyra an idiot herself, and storms off, leaving Lyra smiling, satisfied that she got exactly the reaction she wanted.

– Here is what’s in store for tonight’s show –

  • World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk returns
  • “The Ring General” Gunther appears after submitting John Cena in his final match
  • Rey Mysterio vs. Logan Paul
  • The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) vs. The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods)
  • Women’s World Championship Match: Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Raquel Rodriguez

12/15 WWE RAW Preview

Stephanie Vaquer returns to action tonight for the first time since retaining the Women’s World Championship against Nikki Bella at Survivor Series: WarGames. She will once again put her title on the line, this time against Judgment Day’s Raquel Rodriguez. Nikki made it clear last week that she still wants a rematch, but Rodriguez sent her own message by blindsiding Bella and confronting Vaquer directly. With tensions running high, Rodriguez now steps into the spotlight as Vaquer’s next challenger.

Another championship defense will highlight the show as Maxxine Dupri makes her first televised defense of the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Dupri captured the title from Becky Lynch on November 17 and will now face her mentor, Natalya. The two have showcased their training sessions from Natalya’s Dungeon 2.0 in recent weeks, but tonight the student meets the teacher in a match that also marks Natalya’s first appearance on Raw since August 18.

The tag team division will also take center stage when The New Day’s Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods battle Jimmy and Jey Uso. This marks the first meeting between the two duos since the Usos unsuccessfully challenged Kingston and Woods for the Undisputed Tag Team Championship on November 11’s SmackDown. After AJ Styles and Dragon Lee retained their World Tag Team Championship against The War Raiders last Monday, the Usos and New Day found themselves in a heated confrontation that escalated into a brawl. Tonight, they settle the score inside the ring.

The fallout from Saturday Night’s Main Event will also be felt. John Cena competed in his final match this past Saturday, ultimately falling to GUNTHER after being trapped in a sleeper hold for several minutes. Tonight, GUNTHER will appear with something on his mind following his career-defining victory. CM Punk will also be in attendance as he prepares to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Bron Breakker of The Vision at the Raw on Netflix anniversary show on January 5.

Additionally, Logan Paul will face the returning Rey Mysterio. Paul, alongside The Vision, left LA Knight laid out on top of a car last Monday despite scoring a victory over him minutes earlier. Tonight, Mysterio returns to deliver payback in what promises to be a heated encounter.
