
11/14 WWE SmackDown Live Results – Welcome to WrestlingAttitude’s coverage of WWE SmackDown on November 14, from the MVP Arena in Albany, NY.
We are live from the MVP Arena in Albany, NY, as Rhea Ripley’s music plays and she makes her way to the ring with Iyo Sky.
Rhea says since she has been out with a broken nose, Kairi and Asuka have been bring about some chaos. Now that they have the tag titles, they feel untouchable. Then you throw Nia Jax and Lash Legend into the mix, and now they think they are untouchable again because they have the numbers advantage. Rhea says the funny things about numbers is that you have more enemies.
Iyo says she loves enemies, but they always catch up to you. They have nowhere to hide. Iyo yells out WAR GAMES.
Rhea says they aren’t going in alone. They bring out two of their teammates, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
Alexa says the Kabukis want to play dirty. NIa and Lash want to run in there, great. Now we get to get them all at the same time. They started and we get to end it. As soon as you mentioned War Games, we knew we were in.
Charlotte says she can’t do this. She can’t pretend any more. She tells Rhea that she does not like her and she does not trust her. She says she thinks Rhea is a snake, but you probably don’t like or trust her and think that Charlotte is a snake. She cannot blame Rhea. There is too much history and bad blood. Having the same enemy does not change that. She tells Lexi that she is her friend and she trusts her. If you want to do this, count her out.
Charlotte leaves the ring and goes up the aisle while Alexa wonders what is going on.
Charlotte goes to the back.

Last Time Is Now Tournament: The Miz vs. Jey Uso
They lock up and Miz with a knee and forearm. Jey avoids being sent into the turnbuckles and Jey with punches but Miz with a knee to the midsection. Miz punches Jey in the corner and sets for the Awesome Clothesline but he misses and Jey with a back slide for a near fall. Miz blocks a kick but Jey with a dragon whip. Miz gets a near fall with a sunset flip. Jey escapes a Skull Crushing Finale and Miz avoids a super kick. Jey sends Miz to the floor and Jey with a suicide dive. Jey with punches and he breaks the count. Jey punches Miz from the turnbuckles and he ends with an uppercut. Miz with an Irish whip and Jey tries to float over but Miz kicks Jey in the midsection. Miz with a boot to the head for a near fall.
Miz with elbows to the clavicle and he works on the back. Miz with a splash to the back against the ropes. Miz with another boot to the head. Miz with a rear chin lock. Jey escapes and punches Miz. Miz with Reality Check for a near fall. Jey with a back elbow and he goes to the turnbuckles but Miz kicks Jey in the legs and hits a Codebreaker and a DDT for a near fall. Miz with kicks to Jey and Jey avoids the round kick. Jey with a belly-to-back into a neck breaker for a near fall. Jey sets for the running hip but Miz moves and Miz with two flying shoulder tackles and a Blue Thunder Bomb. Miz sets for the five knuckle shuffle and hits it. Miz gets Jey up for a Death Valley Driver but Jey gets to his feet and Jey with a super kick. Jey gets Miz up and Miz gets to his feet and hits a Skull Crushing Finale for a near fall.
Miz puts Jey on the turnbuckles and he sets for a Super Skull Crushing Finale but Jey with elbows to stop him. Jey gets Miz on the shoudlers and he drops Miz on the top turnbuckle. Jey with a spear and frog splash for the three count.
Winner: Jey Uso (advances to face someone in the second round)
Backstage:
Tommaso Ciampa stops Nick and Ilja’s conversation and he talks about the rules of an Open Challenge. Nick says that the champ picks the rules. Johnny and Candice say that Ilja can’t call Ciampa a jackass. Nick says they were talking about the challenge. Ilja says he will do things the right way and not to give chances to jackasses, but to warriors who are honorable. He is going to give the match to someone who fights with honor and someone he respects. Ciampa says it is bull crap. Axiom thanks Ilja for the chance.
Nick walks down the hall and Paul is with Bronson Reed.Paul says he needs to talk to Nick for a minute.
We go to commercial.
Backstage:
We are back and Nick is asking for security. He asks Paul what does he want before he is kicked out. Paul says he has the contract for War Games and he mentions he can pick up any talent across all brands. Nick says it was in the contract already. He asks Paul and Reed to leave because they won’t be interrupting his show.
Cody Rhodes shows up and Paul is impressed. Cody asks Paul what does he want to talk about. Paul says he wants to talk about Cody getting involved in business. Cody says you put his friends in the fire so that means he is next in the flames. This is Smackdown and the business of the day is here as he shows the belt. He says if you are not ready to fight, you should leave. Reed says he will fight. Cody tells Nick he wants Bronson tonight. Paul asks why give this match and not make it a title match. Cody says to book it and Nick tries to get Cody to see what Paul is doing and Cody doesn’t care.
Ilja Dragunov vs. Axiom for the Men’s United States Championship
They lock up and Ilja with a hip lock take down. Axiom with a snap mare and Ilja with an arm bar into a wrist lock. Ilja sends Axom to the mat and he holds on. Ilja with an Irish wihp but Axiom avoids a chop in the corner and he tells Axiom he came close. Axiom with a side head lock and take down after a test of strength. Axiom with a shoulder tackle and Ilja bounce soff the ropes with a shoulder tackle. Ija blocks a hip toss and goes for a back slide. Axiom blocks that and Ilja with a forearm. Axiom with a forearm and Ilja with a boot to the head. Axiom blocks H Bomb with an arm bar submission but Iljja escapes. Axiom with a triangle and Ilja picks Axiom up and he chops Axiom.
Axiom with a drop kick and he kicks Ilja over the top rope to the floor. Axiom goes for a Golden Triangle but Ilja stops him on the ropes and Ilja with chops. Axiom with a kick and forearms. Ilja head butts Axiom to the floor. Ilja with a back senton for a near fall. Axiom with a chop and Ilja chops back and gets a near fall. Ilja with chops. Ilja with a suplex and he gets a near fall. Ilja with a front face lock. Axiom with a waist lock but Ilja holds on to the ropes and he chops Axiom and gets a near fall. Ilja with a chop in the corner. Ilja with an Irish whip that sends Axiom into the turnbuckles sternum first. Ilja with a boot to the head to send Axiom to the floor. Ilja with a kick to Axiom and they return to the ring.
Ilja with a waist lock and Axiom with a standing switch. Ilja with a head butt and a wrist clutch pump handle slam for a near fall. Ilja with a waist lock. Ilja with elbows to Axiom and he returns to the waist lock. Ilja with a German suplex and he holds on. Ilja with another German suplex and he holds on. Axiom with a standing switch but Ilja holds on to the ropes. Axiom with a Northern Lights suplex and a chop. Axiom with a missile drop kick for a near fall. Axiom kicks Ilja in the chest a few times. Ilja blocks a kick and he slaps Axiom and kicks him in the face. Ilja goes for Konstantin special but Axiom counters into a cross arm breaker. Axiom with a triangle but Ilja with a one arm power bomb. Ilja sets for H Bomb but Axiom blocks it and he hits a springboard moonsault into a DDT for a near fall.
Axiom with chops and he puts Ilja on the turnbuckles. Axiom with a kick in the corner and he goes up top. Ilja with chops to the arm and Axiom tries for Spanish Fly and he hits it. Axiom sets for Golden Ratio but Ilja with a flying head butt and H Bomb for the three count.
Winner: Ilja Dragunov
After the match, Ilja helps Axiom up and hugs him.
Backstage:
Nick Aldis is with R Truth and Truth says he is employing to Nick to be in the tournament. He gives Nick his shiny balls and tells him to handle them with care.
Chelsea Green comes in and she says as a legend, she doesn’t know why she didn’t get pyro when she won. She asks when is her championship celebration. Chelsea says that Nick canceled it. She says all will be forgiven if she gets a celebration next week. Alba asks for there to be pyro. Nick hands Chelsea Truth’s balls.
We go to commercial.
– We are back and Chicago gets the rare wrestling show when WWE returns to PPV in February with the Elimination Chamber.
– We see footage from the commercial break when Tommaso Ciampa attacked Axiom. Nathan Frazer runs off Ciampa.
In the Arena:
Sami Zayn makes his way to the ring.
Sami asks how everyone is doing tonight. Sami says since he came to Smackdown there have been some extremely high highs and extremely low lows. He said he would beat Solo Sikoa for the US Title, and he did. He got to do amazing things with the title. He got to wrestle John Cena in his final match on Smackdown. He got to face the best talent on Smackdown, and it was great. The last four weeks have been challenging for him. He has had to sit on the sidelines because he is not medically cleared. He has had to watch Solo and his guys run roughshod. He has watched them beat up his friends and people he respects. He has sat back because Nick says he was a liability being hurt.
Sami says that ends tonight. Sami tells Solo he knows he has a problem with him and Sami says he has a problem with Solo so he tells him to come out to settle this face to face.
Solo Sikoa’s music plays and he makes his way to the stage with the Face Painted Four.
Solo tells Sami he thinks who he is but that isn’t true. The real Sami is pathetic and a liar. He is desperate and that makes him act selfish. You only care about yourself. You don’t care about the guys in the back and you don’t care about the people in Albany. Solo says what he cares about is his family. He cares about this men standing behind him and their loyalty to him. You know nothing about loyalty when it comes to family. You better watch who you are talking to before he comes into the ring to kick his ass. You are still wounded, aren’t ya?
Solo sends the painted people to the apron and Solo says this could end very bad for Sami. He says he can drop him where he stands. Solo says he will wait until Sami is medically cleared. When you are cleared, Solo says he is coming for Sami.
Sami tells Solo the good news is that Solo is not going to have to wait. Sami says he is medically cleared. He tells Solo to do something about this if he wants to.
Sami tells Solo, before he does, he didn’t come alone.
Nakamura, Fenix, Shelley, and Sabin pull Mateo, Tama, Loa, and Talla off the apron.
Sami punches and kicks Solo and then Sami sets for a Helluva Kick but Talla makes the save.
Mateo hits Sami from behind and there is a three on one attack on Sami. Everyone gets back in the ring and if you are of Pacific Island descent, you are out of the ring. Rey with a twisting cross body onto everyone.
– Cody is in the back and Jey comes over to him. Jey tells Cody he has his back in case things get slimy. Jimmy shows up and he says it sounds like a party and he has Cody’s back. Jimmy says he talked to Punk and he is in.
We go to commercial.
– In the back, Solo says he wants Sami and Nick says he doesn’t have time. He says in two weeks, you and your guys can take on Sami, Nakamura, Sabin, Shelley, and Rey in a traditional Survivor Series Match.
Last Time Is Now Tournament: LA Knight vs. Zack Ryder
Ryder with a rollup for a near fall. They lock up and Knight with a wrist lock and arm wringer. Knight misses a clothesline and Ryder with a waist lock and Knight with a standing switch. Knight avoids the Rough Ryder and Knight goes to the floor. They lock up and Knight catchphrases and throws some forearms. They go back and forth and Ryder with a knee. Knight with a clothesline. Ryder with a kick and he tries to send Knight into the announce table but Knight blocks it. Knight sends Ryder into the announce table many times. Ryder Irish whips Knight into the ring steps. Ryder with a neck breaker. Knight goes for a suplex and Ryder hits a neck breaker.
Ryder with a hard Irish whip. Ryder with a hard Irish whip. Knight with an Irish whip and a back body drop. Ryder goes for a suplex on the apron but Knight brings him back in. Knight with jabs to Ryder and he punches Ryder. Knight with a side Russian leg sweep. Knight with a jumping neck breaker for a near fall. Knight with a kick and punches. Ryder avoids a slam and Ryder with a forearm and chops. Ryder with a face plant and he sets for the forearm into the corner and it is Woo Woo Boot time and he connects for a near fall. Ryder goes for an Unprettier but Knight sends Ryder into the turnbuckles and he hits a reverse DDT. Knight goes to the turnbuckles for the double jump catchphrase elbow but he misses. Ryder with a Rough Ryder for a near fall.
Knight with a kick and Ryder with a rollup to counter a BFT. Ryder gets his knees up and he comes off the turnbuckles but Knight catches him and hits a power bomb. Knight with a BFT for the three count.
Winner: LA Knight
Backstage:
Alexa, Rhea, and Iyo are talking and Rhea says she hoped that Charlotte would have put their issues aside for one night. Now she needs to partners. Alexa says she will try to call Flair. Nia, Asuka, Kairi, and Lash attack Rhea, Alexa, and Iyo. Officials show up and Asuka, Kairi, Lash, and Nia leave.
We go to commercial.
Jade Cargill vs. B-Fab
Fab goes for the leg and Jade grabs her. Fab with two drop kicks and a spinning heel kick in the corner. Fab with forearms. Jade blocks a bicycle kick and Jade sends Fab to the mat and hits a fallaway slam. Jade with a choke slam. Jade sets for a power bomb and she hits it. Jade with another power bomb Jade stands over Fab and then picks her up for Jaded and the three count.
Winner: Jade Cargill
After the match, Michin checks on Fab and Jade gets in Michin’s face and she pushes her down. The referee holds Michin back while Jade leaves the ring.
– Nick Aldis is in OFFICE for the announcement of the Final Four participants in the tournament. Carmelo Hayes faces Bronson Reed. Penta faces Finn Balor. In addition to the tournament matches, Axiom and Nathan Frazer faces Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa.
Backstage:
Cathy Kelley is in the back with Carmelo Hayes. She asks him about the chance to face John Cena. Hayes tells Miz he might have won the battle, but the war is not done. He tells Cena has a long line of heavy hitters wanting to put you down and Hayes says he is one of them. Some might overlook him but some might think he gets the job done. Hayes says he does not miss.
Bronson Reed shows up and says that he will beat Cody Rhodes tonight and then he will end Carmelo Hayes on his road to John Cena.
We go to commercial.
Cody Rhodes vs. Bronson Reed for the Undisputed WWE World Championship
They lock up and Reed pushes Cody into the corner but Cody avoids Reed. Cody with punches and he drops down for a punch. Cody runs into a jumping body block and Reed follows with an elbow drop for a near fall. Reed goes to the floor and hits a running body block on Cody. Reed with a head butt. Cody with punches and forearms. Reed with a head butt. Reed with a back elbow and he gets a near fall. Reed with a rear chin lock. Cody punches Reed and Reed with a slam. Reed misses an elbow drop but Reed with a splash into the corner. Reed chokes Cody in the ropes. Reed punches Cody. Reed with a hard Irish whip. Reed with a rear chin lock. Reed with a forearm to the back and he goes for a belly-to-back suplex but Cody lands on his feet and hits Beautiful Disaster. Cody with jabs and he sets for the Bionic Elbow but Reed gets Cody up for a Death Valley Driver and Reed gets a near fall.
Reed goes up top and misses a Tsunami when Cody rolls away. Cody with a double jump Cody Cutter for a near fall. Reed goes to the floor and Cody goes for a suicide dive but Reed with a forearm to stop Cody. Reed goes for a spear but Cody sends Reed over the ringside barrier into the time keeper’s area. Cody breaks the count and he adjusts the announce table.
Bron Breakker with a flying shoulder and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: Cody Rhodes (by disqualification)
Logan Paul joins in and he punches Cody in the ring.
Jey Uso’s music plays and they take their time getting to the ring and they punch Bron and Logan. Jimmy and Jey with many super kicks and they hit 1D on Logan.
Jimmy goes under the ring for a table and Jimmy puts Logan on the table for a double frog splash, but Drew McINtyre pushes Jimmy off the turnbuckles and he hits Jey with an elbow.
Nick yells at Paul and Paul says anybody many times.
Drew sets up the table in the corner and Jey with a super kick. Drew kicks Jey when Jey tries for a spear and Bron with a spear through the tale. Logan punches Jimmy. Logan pushes Drew out of the way and Cody punches him. Cody punches Logan again but Drew with a Claymore. Drew pulls Cody into position for a Tsunami.
Paul hands Drew the contract and Drew and Paul shake hands.

11/14 WWE SmackDown Preview
Tonight’s WWE SmackDown continues the Last Time Is Now Tournament, which will determine John Cena’s final opponent at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13. In first-round action, Jey Uso battles The Miz, while LA Knight faces a mystery opponent chosen by General Manager Nick Aldis. Aldis revealed the matchups last Friday, keeping Knight’s opponent under wraps to heighten anticipation. Earlier this week on Raw, Sheamus and Rusev advanced to the quarterfinals by defeating Shinsuke Nakamura and Damian Priest.
WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill returns to the ring in non-title action against B-Fab, marking B-Fab’s first match since September. After Cargill declared herself the dominant force in the women’s division last week, tensions escalated when she and B-Fab clashed in a heated verbal exchange.
The rivalry between Sami Zayn and Solo Sikoa also intensifies. Last Friday, Talla Tonga defeated Rey Fenix, only for Sikoa to order a post-match assault. Zayn intervened with a steel chair, setting the stage for his appearance tonight to address Sikoa directly.
Meanwhile, the women’s division gears up for Survivor Series: WarGames. Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY will join forces with Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair, plus a mystery partner, to battle Asuka, Kairi Sane, Lash Legend, Nia Jax, and another yet-to-be-revealed competitor. Tonight’s show will further build anticipation for the high-stakes WarGames clash on November 29.
