Damian Priest Reveals Bad Bunny Is Ready for WWE Return – Bad Bunny has not competed in a WWE ring since his memorable appearance at Backlash 2023, leaving fans eager to know when the Grammy-winning artist will make his next return. According to Damian Priest, the wait may not be much longer.
Speaking with TMZ Sports, Priest was asked if there’s a real chance of seeing Bad Bunny back in WWE. Priest praised the international star’s natural ability to connect with the audience and deliver in the ring, saying that his performances already make him feel like a true WWE superstar.
“I mean, it speaks for itself—the performances, the showmanship. He basically is a WWE superstar. And as far as any chance? I mean, especially in this business, never say never,” Priest said.
The former World Heavyweight Champion revealed that he has personally spoken with Bad Bunny about a return. The biggest challenge is scheduling, as the rapper remains one of the busiest performers in the music industry. However, Priest made it clear that Bunny’s passion for wrestling has not faded.
“I’ve talked to him about it, and it’s just scheduling, because obviously he has a lot going on. But he still has that itch. He loves our business, and he’s had more than enough time to recover since our match. So, he’s ready to come and wrestle again,” Priest explained.
Bad Bunny has already established himself as one of WWE’s most successful celebrity crossovers. From his performance at WrestleMania 37 to his critically acclaimed San Juan Street Fight against Priest in Puerto Rico, Bunny has consistently exceeded expectations in the ring.
While nothing official has been announced, Priest’s comments are the strongest indication yet that fans could see Bad Bunny back in WWE in the near future.
