Page has reportedly taken on numerous promotional duties in recent weeks, including serving as WWE’s official representative at a recent NASCAR event that aired on The CW. His performance during these appearances has impressed the network, which now wants to utilize him “in as many promotions as possible.”
This backing from The CW could play a role in Page’s future trajectory within WWE, as the newsletter also notes that both Page and his on-screen rival Ricky Saints remain on the radar for upcoming main roster call-ups. While there is no set timetable, this suggests that both men could be headed to RAW or SmackDown in the near future.
Page’s momentum inside the ring is also noteworthy. On this week’s episode of NXT, he successfully defended his North American Title in a crossover match against TNA’s Director of Authority, Santino Marella. The bout marked another step in WWE’s expanding relationship with other wrestling promotions and further elevated Page as a key player in NXT.
With The CW reportedly invested in Ethan Page’s rise and WWE continuing to position him as a top talent, all signs point to an even more prominent role for the champion in the weeks ahead.
