Mercedes Moné Wins Owen Hart Tournament, Earns AEW Women’s Title Shot at All In – Mercedes Moné has punched her ticket to AEW All In. At AEW Double or Nothing, held live from the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, Moné defeated Jamie Hayter in the finals of the 2025 Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament.
The match concluded with a slick counter from Moné, who reversed Hayter’s attempted Hayterade lariat into a DDT before trapping her in a small package for the pinfall victory. The win guarantees Moné a future AEW Women’s World Championship match, officially scheduled for AEW All In: Texas this July.
Moné’s path to the finals included wins over Julia Hart and former ROH Women’s World Champion Athena. Jamie Hayter earned her spot in the finals with victories over Billie Starkz and Kris Statlander.
With this win, Moné adds another major milestone to her AEW career. She will now set her sights on “Timeless” Toni Storm, who retained her AEW Women’s World Championship against Mira Shirakawa earlier in the night. The upcoming bout between Moné and Storm at All In is expected to be one of the biggest women’s matches in AEW history, as both stars bring championship pedigree and global star power to the table.
AEW All In will take place in July, and with Moné now officially in the title picture, fans can expect the build to intensify in the coming weeks.
