Lana Hints at Potential WWE Return – CJ Perry, formerly known as Lana in WWE, sparked speculation about a return to her former company with a recent Instagram post. Perry asked her followers, “Should Lana return to WWE on Netflix?” referencing WWE’s upcoming streaming transition.
Perry had a notable tenure in WWE, debuting in 2013 as the manager for Rusev (now Miro in AEW). The duo had a successful partnership before eventually splitting, with Perry transitioning to an in-ring competitor. She remained with WWE even after Rusev’s departure but was released in June 2021.
After leaving WWE, Perry had a brief stint in AEW alongside Miro, debuting in September 2023. However, her run was short-lived, and in July 2024, she confirmed she was no longer affiliated with the company.
Perry’s question has fans speculating about whether WWE would bring her back, especially as the company enters a new era with its move to Netflix in 2025. With her charisma and past experience in both managerial and in-ring roles, a return could add a fresh dynamic to WWE’s women’s division or other storylines.
As of now, there’s no official word on whether Perry has had discussions with WWE, but her post has certainly reignited interest in her potential comeback. Fans will be watching closely to see if “The Ravishing Russian” makes her way back to the squared circle.
