Hulk Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, along with her son Hayden Hitt, are facing legal allegations stemming from two separate civil lawsuits filed in Florida.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Daily and Hitt are named in civil actions alleging negligence, grooming, and attempts to suppress evidence following incidents at a Clearwater Beach residence.
Civil Complaints Detail Domestic Violence And Sexual Assault Allegations
The first lawsuit, filed by an individual identified as Jane Doe, alleges that Hitt repeatedly exhibited physically aggressive behavior toward her while she resided with Hitt and Daily. The complaint claims that Daily actively encouraged the victim to forgive previous physical altercations before an incident on March 28, where Hitt allegedly shoved the woman through a doorway and into a clothes rack.
The lawsuit further asserts:
- Removal From Property: Following the altercation, Daily allegedly forced Jane Doe off the premises, leaving her personal belongings outside after learning police had been contacted.
- Interference: Hitt reportedly attempted to convince the victim to delete text messages and drop potential criminal charges.
- Institutional Claims: The filing initially claimed that the Clearwater Police Department quickly dropped the matter due to Daily’s alleged standing within the Church of Scientology.
A second lawsuit filed by a minor identified as Jane B. Doe alleges that she was sexually assaulted by another minor while incapacitated during a party, claiming Hitt actively guarded the door while the incident took place. Both Daily and Hitt are named as co-defendants under claims of negligence.
Clearwater Police Response And Denials
The Clearwater Police Department released an official statement disputing claims that the criminal investigation was quietly shut down. Detectives confirmed that an investigation was opened in March 2026 and subsequently forwarded to the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney’s Office for consideration of potential criminal charges. Authorities clarified that the case remains open.
Daily has publicly denied the allegations, disputing claims of Scientology affiliation and asserting that the civil claims are unproven. None of the allegations in either lawsuit have been proven in court.
