Oba Femi And Omos Stand Off To Close WWE Worlds Collide 2026

WWE Worlds Collide 2026 concluded with an explosive confrontation between two of the most imposing powerhouses on the roster, as Oba Femi and Omos finally stood face-to-face in a major televised moment.

The intense standoff arrived in the closing moments of the broadcast, capping off an action-packed main event featuring top stars from across the WWE lineup.

Main Event Chaos & Post-Match Ambush

Prior to the showdown, the main event featured CM Punk, El Grande Americano, and Rey Mysterio taking on the team of Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh, and Omos.

Throughout the contest, Omos completely altered the dynamic whenever he tagged in. The Nigerian Giant used his sheer size to overpower El Grande Americano while engaging in several chaotic exchanges against Rey Mysterio and CM Punk.

Despite the physical threat posed by Omos, Punk ultimately secured the victory for his team by delivering a Go To Sleep on McDonagh for the pinfall.

The babyface celebration was short-lived, however. Immediately following the bell, Omos, McDonagh, and Dominik launched a retaliatory attack on Punk, Rey, and El Grande Americano.

The Ruler Confronts The Nigerian Giant

The assault was abruptly halted when Oba Femi’s entrance theme hit the arena speakers.

As The Ruler made his way to the ring, Dominik and McDonagh immediately fled to ringside. Omos stood his ground, setting up a tense staredown in the middle of the canvas.

The heat between the two powerhouses reached a boiling point when Omos shoved Femi. Refusing to back down, Femi fired back instantly, knocking Omos over the top rope with a massive clothesline to clear the ring and send the crowd into a frenzy as the show went off the air.

While Femi and Omos previously crossed paths at an NXT live event in 2025 without a clear winner, this marked their first high-profile television interaction. Femi has dominated virtually every competitor since his main roster call-up, but The Nigerian Giant presents a unique physical obstacle.

Though their exchange lasted only a few seconds, it teased a potential full-length showdown that would mark the ultimate physical test for both men.
