Fresh off defending his AEW World Championship against Jon Moxley, Will Ospreay pulled no punches during the All Out post-show media scrum, issuing a fierce and profane warning to WWE over their aggressive counterprogramming efforts.
With WWE and AAA staging their taped Worlds Collide event inside Chicago’s United Center on the exact same evening, Ospreay addressed the scheduling conflict head-on, declaring that fans in the NOW Arena backed the superior promotion.
“We’re Gonna Knock You Down Two Levels”
Standing tall as the face of All Elite Wrestling, Ospreay praised the local crowd for choosing AEW over WWE’s rival event before laying down a fiery challenge to any promotion attempting to cross their turf:
- Praising The Fans’ Choice: “People did have a choice, and everyone that came to this show tonight chose the right company because we deliver the best pay-per-views and the best pro wrestling.”
- A Stiff Warning To WWE: “Anytime anyone wants to come step up to us, here’s the reality: we’re gonna knock you down two f***** levels. We’re the best f****** wrestling company in the world. Do not f****** step to us again.”*
Ospreay’s outburst comes amid reports that WWE intends to make head-to-head counterprogramming against AEW pay-per-view weekends a permanent fixture of their touring strategy.
