Trey Miguel is officially back. Advertised for the August 13 episode of TNA iMPACT was a six‑man tag team match featuring Order 4 (Mustafa Ali, John Skyler and Agent Zero) against Rich Swann, BDE and a mystery partner. Ali only agreed to the match under one condition: TNA International Champion Jason Hotch could not be the partner.
Filling the spot was Trey Miguel, making his return after being out since April 2026 with a fractured patella. His last match before the injury was against Ali for the International Championship at Rebellion.
Miguel didn’t waste the moment. He pinned Skyler in his return match to score the win for his team.
After the match, Agent Zero blindsided Miguel, and Ali ordered Zero to continue the attack. Jason Hotch ran in for the save, chasing off Order 4.
