Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford captured the World Tag Team Championships on the June 22 episode of WWE RAW in London, defeating Austin Theory and Bron Breakker of The Vision to begin a new title reign.
The finish came after multiple outside factors influenced the match. Joe Hendry made his return after a four-week absence, chasing off Logan Paul, who attempted to assist his faction. Paul had been sidelined following triceps surgery but remained involved with The Vision, whose members were still permitted to defend the titles under their group structure.
As the match progressed, Paul left brass knuckles behind for his teammates. However, Seth Rollins interfered, preventing Theory from using the weapon. Rollins instead used the knuckles himself, striking Theory. This distraction allowed Dawkins to capitalize, setting up Ford to deliver a frog splash for the decisive victory.
Title Change Sets Stage for Night of Champions
The title change not only ends The Vision’s reign, which began in March with Theory and Paul as champions, but also adds momentum to the ongoing storyline between Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker. Their rivalry is set to continue at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia this Saturday, where the two will meet inside a steel cage.
With this victory, Dawkins and Ford secure the fourth tag team championship reign of their main roster careers. When including their time in NXT, the duo are now five-time tag team champions in WWE. Their previous reign took place on SmackDown, where they held the WWE Tag Team Titles from March through July 2025.
The Street Profits’ latest win marks a significant shift in the tag team division on RAW, with outside involvement playing a decisive role in the outcome.
