Mance Warner and Steph De Lander Exit TNA Wrestling

The TNA Wrestling roster has reportedly seen a significant shake-up as two prominent stars have departed the promotion. According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, real-life couple Mance Warner and Steph De Lander have left the company following a dispute regarding medical clearance and injury recovery.

The reported catalyst for the split stems from TNA management’s refusal to clear De Lander to return to in-ring action. De Lander has been sidelined since August 2024 after suffering a severe neck injury that required fusion surgery on her C5 and C6 vertebrae. Despite undergoing the procedure in October 2024 and announcing in early 2026 that she was fully recovered, the promotion reportedly informed her that she would never be able to wrestle for TNA again.

De Lander had previously taken to social media to express her frustration and seek medical guidance to prove her fitness for competition. “My neck is 100% healed and I have been cleared by my surgeon to return to the ring. I need guidance from a medical professional to ensure safety so I can get back to doing what I love. I have asked so many times. Can anyone help me @ThisIsTNA @WWE @AEW ???” she wrote.

The departures of the pair—who married in late 2025—mark a sudden end to their prominent on-screen alliance. While De Lander served as a manager for Warner during her recovery, Warner had remained a staple of TNA television, even capturing the Digital Media Championship. Fightful noted that while the two have effectively quit, they may still appear briefly to finish their current contractual obligations.

TNA is currently moving forward with television tapings in Atlanta on March 6 and 7, which may serve as the final appearances for the duo. With De Lander now officially accepting independent bookings as of February 2026, the couple appears ready to move on to the next chapter of their careers outside of the Anthem-owned promotion.
