NXT Year-End Awards Winners For 2025 – The final episode of WWE NXT in 2025 featured the presentation of the brand’s annual Year-End Awards, with winners announced throughout Tuesday night’s broadcast. The awards recognized standout performers, matches, and moments from the past year as NXT closed the calendar on a high note.
Male Superstar of the Year
The night began with Je’Von Evans being named Male Superstar of the Year. At just 21 years old, Evans has quickly emerged as one of the brand’s most consistent and dynamic performers. While he has yet to capture championship gold in WWE NXT, he came close on several occasions throughout the year before finally securing a major milestone by winning the Iron Survivor Challenge at Deadline. Evans’ momentum has also extended beyond NXT, as he has made multiple appearances on both RAW and SmackDown in recent weeks. Most notably, he teamed with Leon Slater to challenge for the WWE World Tag Team Championship at Saturday Night’s Main Event, which took place on the same card as John Cena’s retirement match.
The Tag Team of the Year
The Tag Team of the Year award went to Zaria and Sol Ruca, known together as Zaruca. The award was not separated by gender, highlighting their overall impact as a team across the brand. Ruca also took home the Female Superstar of the Year award, capping off an impressive individual year. She held the Women’s Speed Championship for 200 days and the NXT Women’s North American Championship for 189 days. Ruca also competed at Saturday Night’s Main Event, where she earned a notable victory over former Women’s Champion Bayley.
Match of the Year
Match of the Year honors were awarded to the triple threat encounter between Oba Femi, Je’Von Evans, and Trick Williams for the NXT Championship at Stand & Deliver. Femi won that match to continue his dominant run at the top of the division before eventually losing the title months later to Ricky Saints. Stand & Deliver was also named Show of the Year, further cementing its status as one of NXT’s biggest events of 2025.
Moment of the Year
The Moment of the Year was announced after the broadcast via social media, with Tatum Paxley’s NXT Women’s Championship victory at Halloween Havoc receiving the honor.
