AEW Dynamite Spoilers for December 24 – AEW taped a loaded Christmas Eve edition of Dynamite at the Hammerstein Ballroom, featuring Continental Classic action, escalating World Title tensions, and several major storyline developments heading into Worlds End. These matches will air on this Wednesday’s episode at a special time of 6 PM ET.
Konosuke Takeshita defeated Orange Cassidy in a Continental Classic Blue League match.
Mascara Dorada defeated Roderick Strong in another Blue League bout.
Renee Paquette hosted an interview with AEW Women’s Champion Kris Statlander and challenger Jamie Hayter. The segment quickly broke down into an argument before officials separated them.
MJF defeated Dustin Waller. After the match, Max attempted to cut a promo, but Hangman Page appeared in the balcony. Moments later, Swerve Strickland emerged as well. Page dared Max to make another low‑brow comment about them in front of “all the movie producers and casting directors watching.” He promised Max was getting beaten down tonight no matter what. Swerve and Hangman charged toward Max, who ducked, causing the two rivals to nearly hit each other.
AEW Champion Samoa Joe appeared on the screen and cut a promo, saying everyone claims to hate him, but the hate is really spread among all three challengers. He vowed to come for each of them individually. Back in the ring, Max tried to blindside Swerve, but Hangman struck Max instead. Swerve followed with a running knee, and Hangman choked Max with a chain while Swerve cut a scathing promo. Swerve said Max thrives on fan attention because it feeds his fragile ego, calling him “more of a Diddy than Swerve could ever be.” He listed people who were worse off after aligning with Max, contrasting that with how Swerve elevates both allies and enemies.
Bandido defeated Ricochet to win the Dynamite Diamond Ring. The Demand attacked afterward, but Brody King made the save.
Marina Shafir choked out Mina Shirakawa. After the bell, Shafir continued the assault, bringing out Toni Storm — whom Shafir knocked out as well.
Jungle Jack Perry defeated PAC in a Continental Classic Gold League match to close the taping.
