Senior AEW Marketing Director Jeremy Flynn Departs Following Full Gear – AEW will say goodbye to a key behind-the-scenes figure this weekend, as Senior Marketing Director of Live Events Jeremy Flynn has confirmed that Saturday’s Full Gear pay-per-view will be his final event with the company.

Flynn announced the news on social media, calling the departure “bittersweet” while revealing that he is moving on to operate his own business — a change he says will allow him to spend more time with his family. He also thanked Tony Khan and AEW for the opportunities he was given during his tenure.

“This is bittersweet, but this Saturday will be my last event with @AEW,” Flynn wrote. “I have an opportunity to work for my own company and spend more time with family. @AEW has been like family and I appreciate the opportunity from @TonyKhan. Wishing nothing but continued success for AEW!”

Flynn joined AEW in May 2024 after previously working as Senior Director of Marketing, Live Events for Professional Bull Riders. Before that, he handled sales and marketing for Simmons Bank Arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He also holds an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas.

Full Gear 2025 takes place Saturday, November 22 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The show features several major matches, including AEW World Champion Hangman Page defending against Samoa Joe, and AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander facing Mercedes Mone.
