Two New Matches Announced for WWE WrestlePalooza – Two major matches were officially added to the Wrestlepalooza card during Monday’s episode of RAW, including a reunion bout for The Usos and a blockbuster mixed tag team clash.
The night opened with Jimmy and Jey Uso confronting Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, collectively known as The Vision. The Usos immediately challenged them to a match on RAW, but Breakker and Reed refused, saying they would only face them on September 20 at Wrestlepalooza. Tensions escalated when LA Knight stormed the ring to attack both members of The Vision. However, Knight accidentally collided with Jey Uso in the chaos, leaving Jey down and creating further friction between the two.
Throughout the night, Jimmy Uso attempted to convince Jey to support Knight, leading into Knight’s main event bout against Bronson Reed. Despite Knight falling short, Jimmy and Jey came to his aid afterward. But the uneasy alliance unraveled when Jey suddenly speared Knight, signaling that the rift between the Usos and Knight is far from healed. The Usos vs. The Vision is now set for Wrestlepalooza.
Another high-profile contest was confirmed earlier in the show as AJ Lee proposed a mixed tag team showdown against Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch. After Lee made her first WWE promo in over a decade, Lynch demanded her Women’s Intercontinental Championship back. Rollins soon joined in, also ordering Lee to return the belt. Lee countered with the challenge, suggesting she team with CM Punk to face Rollins and Lynch at Wrestlepalooza. Rollins initially dismissed the idea, but after Punk ran in and nearly connected with a GTS, Rollins agreed.
With these announcements, Wrestlepalooza’s lineup is quickly taking shape, featuring high-stakes grudge matches that carry major storyline implications heading into September 20.
