WWE Considering Moving Jimmy Uso to RAW – A notable WWE roster shake-up may be in the works following this year’s SummerSlam, as internal discussions are reportedly underway to move SmackDown’s Jimmy Uso to the Monday Night RAW brand. According to a new report from WrestleVotes, the change is being considered for multiple reasons, including both storyline and personal motivations.
“We are told there’s some internal discussion within WWE about sending Jimmy Uso over to RAW on a full-time basis, likely after SummerSlam,” the report states.
One of the main factors behind the proposed move is to align Jimmy with his real-life wife, Naomi, who currently reigns as the Women’s World Champion and is expected to remain a regular presence on RAW moving forward. A brand switch would allow the couple to travel together and potentially share screen time in storylines.
Another key motivation would be reuniting The Usos on the same brand. Jey Uso has been a staple of the RAW roster in recent months, and reintroducing Jimmy to that environment could reignite the chemistry that made the tag team one of the most decorated in WWE history.
“If it were to happen, the move would pair him up with his wife, the current Women’s World Champion Naomi, who is expected to be traveling with the red brand for the foreseeable future,” the report added. “As well as allow him to travel again with his brother Jey Uso, who’s been on Monday Night RAW for a while now.”
Beyond the personal dynamics, a brand switch for Jimmy could breathe new life into The Bloodline storyline, which has grown quiet in recent months. With Roman Reigns off television and the group’s direction unclear, Jimmy joining RAW could help reestablish the faction’s presence—particularly if he aligns with Jey and Roman against emerging threats like Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and the currently injured Seth Rollins.
While nothing has been officially confirmed, WWE’s post-SummerSlam season is often a time of change, and Jimmy Uso’s potential move to RAW could be one of the most significant developments in the coming weeks.
