San Diego Considered to Host WWE Survivor Series 2025 – WWE Survivor Series could break from its recent trend of cold-weather locations, as reports suggest that San Diego is under consideration as a potential host city for this year’s event.
According to Fightful Select, multiple internal sources have pointed to San Diego as a leading candidate for Survivor Series 2025. If selected, it would mark the first time since Survivor Series 2018 in Los Angeles that the event takes place outdoors in a warm-weather city.
Over the past few years, WWE has held Survivor Series in cities like Chicago, Boston, Brooklyn, and Vancouver—places known for colder temperatures in November. A shift to San Diego would offer a different atmosphere, potentially bringing a fresh dynamic to one of WWE’s marquee events.
While WWE has consistently scheduled Survivor Series for Thanksgiving weekend in recent years, an official date for the 2025 edition has not yet been announced.
Here’s a look at WWE’s confirmed Premium Live Event schedule so far:
- April 19-20, 2025: WrestleMania 41 – Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, NV
- May 10, 2025: Backlash – Enterprise Center, St. Louis, MO
- May 24, 2025: Saturday Night’s Main Event – Yuengling Center, Tampa, FL
- May 25, 2025: Battleground – Yuengling Center, Tampa, FL
- August 2-3, 2025: SummerSlam – MetLife Stadium, New Jersey
- August 3, 2025: Clash In Paris – Paris La Défense Arena, Paris, France
- January 2026: Royal Rumble – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
With Survivor Series being one of WWE’s longest-running annual events, a potential San Diego location could add a new layer of excitement. WWE has yet to confirm any official details, but an announcement is expected in the coming months.
