Ricochet Discusses Potential NXT Return, Facing Brock Lesnar

Ricochet Discusses Potential NXT Return, Facing Brock Lesnar
Ricochet made an appearance on ABC-7 in Washington, DC on Monday to promote WWE RAW at the Capital One Arena on the USA Network.

During the interview, he discussed the possibility of a return to NXT and his match with Brock Lesnar for the WWE Title where he was quickly defeated at the WWE Super ShowDown pay-per-view event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at the Mohammed Abdou Arena. Here are the highlights:

Facing Brock Lesnar:

“That was kind of a dream come true. Because I can remember back in like 2002, 2003, even before that, watching Brock facing The Rock or versus Kurt Angle. So like all these guys I can name off all day. Now being able to be part of that history and being able to tie my name in there with those guys.”

Potential NXT return:

“Oh yeah. For sure, that’s a place that I would always like to call a home for me. It was a place that I enjoyed thoroughly when I was being there. Now that they have more exposure, USA Network every Wednesday, I think that’s huge. For sure, any time they need a hand, I would be there for sure, no problem.”

As noted, Vince McMahon reportedly made the call for Ricochet to be buried, so moving Ricochet to NXT could be more than a possibility.
