The TNA Knockouts division expanded further on the August 27 edition of TNA iMPACT, capping off a major night for the women’s roster following M By Elegance’s victory to capture the inaugural Knockouts Television Championship.
Former WWE star Zoey Stark made her surprise promotional debut under the ring name Zoey Serrano, aligning directly with Daria Rae.
Debut Attack and Tag Team Booking
The arrival unfolded after Indi Hartwell entered the ring attempting to entice Daria into a match. As Daria looked on, Serrano blindsided Hartwell, attacking her from behind. Daria then officially introduced Serrano as her good friend and the newest member of the Knockouts division.

- Tensions Mount: Xia Brookside taunted Hartwell while Harley Hudson watched.
- Board Review: TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella expressed interest in offering Hartwell a championship opportunity. However, Daria intervened, noting she reported Hartwell’s verbal outburst to the board while reminding them of a prior physical attack that resulted in Hartwell’s past suspension.
- Pending Decision & Match Set: While the board reviews whether Hartwell will receive a title shot, Marella booked a tag team bout pitching Xia Brookside and Zoey Serrano against Indi Hartwell and Harley Hudson.
Background and WWE Career Highlights
Serrano originally signed with WWE in 2021 under the ring name Zoey Stark. During her tenure with the company, her career highlights included:
- Tag Championship Success: Capturing the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship alongside IYO SKY in 2021.
- Injury Setbacks: Rebound efforts were frequently stalled by severe leg injuries. In late 2021, she suffered a torn MCL and meniscus. More recently, she spent nearly a full year sidelined recovering from a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus, earning medical clearance shortly before her release.
