WWE NXT ratings June 9 2026 viewership and demo analysis

In the 18-49 demographic, NXT posted a 0.09 rating, which is up from the 0.07 rating recorded the previous week. That marks a 29 percent increase week-over-week and places the show 50 percent above its trailing four-week average of 0.06 in the same category.

The total P2+ audience for the episode was 548,000, which is also 3 percent higher than the median of the last four non-preemption episodes. Within that number, approximately 123,000 viewers came from the 18-49 demographic, reflecting a 39 percent increase compared to recent norms. Meanwhile, viewers outside that key demo totaled around 425,000, showing a slight 3 percent decline.

Looking at broader trends, NXT’s quarterly performance remains below last year’s levels. The current Q2 2026 average stands at 562,000 viewers, down 17 percent from the Q2 2025 average of 678,000. June 2026 is also tracking lower year-over-year, with a 552,000 average compared to 700,000 in June 2025, marking a 21 percent decrease.

The same pattern appears in the 18-49 demographic. NXT’s Q2 2026 average rating of 0.08 is down 47 percent from 0.15 in Q2 2025. For June specifically, the average remains at 0.08, which is a 50 percent drop compared to 0.16 during the same month last year.

It is important to note that ratings comparisons are impacted by changes in measurement methods. Starting September 26, 2025, viewership data has been tracked using Nielsen’s “Big Data + Panel” system instead of the previous panel-only approach. This shift coincided with lower reported numbers across wrestling programming. A later update to Nielsen’s methodology in January 2026, which affected cable telecasts, contributed to a general increase in measured audiences.
