WWE RAW Results – March 9, 2026 – Welcome to WrestlingAttitude’s coverage of WWE RAW on March 9, from the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington!
Adam Pearce is in the ring and says that normally he’d be welcoming everyone to Raw, but tonight he has business to handle first. There’s someone who has been getting involved for the past month, and Pearce knows he’s in the building. He says he wants Seth Rollins to come to the ring so they can talk face‑to‑face and eye‑to‑eye.
Adam Pearce is still in the ring when a Mystery Masked Man climbs onto the announce table. More masked figures appear around the arena, leaving the crowd stunned. They swarm toward the ring, surrounding it, before suddenly peeling away and leaving just one man inside.
The lone masked figure removes the hood, and the mystery is gone — it’s Seth Rollins.
Pearce tells Seth he didn’t need any of that, but they do need to talk. He says neither of them like The Vision, but liking someone isn’t his job — being the General Manager is. What Seth has done over the last month is unacceptable, not because The Vision doesn’t deserve it, but because Seth had surgery less than five months ago. The attacks have worked so far, but Pearce warns there will come a time when they don’t. What happens when they finally get their hands on him? The worst‑case scenario is that they do — and that would be the end of Seth Rollins.
Logan Paul’s music hits, and he comes out with Austin Theory. Logan says Seth’s end is coming now. Austin adds that there’s a bullet with Seth’s name on it, and none of his masked followers will take it for him.
They step onto the apron, but Los Personas de Mask flood the ring again, sprinting around like they’re running NFL Combine drills before scattering out of the ring.
LA Knight’s music hits, and he heads to the ring. Knight sends Logan crashing into the ringside barrier, then turns and unloads on Austin until Logan cuts him off.
Jey Uso’s music hits, and Logan and Austin immediately slow down their attack. Jey heads to the ring, and Jimmy joins him. Together, the Usos go after Logan and Austin. Jimmy lands a superkick, followed by a double superkick from both brothers, and then a clothesline that wipes out Austin. Austin manages to pull Logan to safety as they retreat.
Backstage:
Jackie Redmond stops Jimmy and Jey Uso backstage and asks what exactly is going on. Jey says it doesn’t matter who it is — they’ve got receipts to hand out. Jackie follows up by asking Jey about CM Punk and Punk’s comments toward Roman. Jey says he has nothing to say to CM Punk.

IYO SKY vs. Bayley vs. Lyra Valkyria vs. Ivy Nile vs. Asuka vs. Raquel Rodriguez
Lyra Valkyria and Iyo Sky open the match.
They lock up, and Iyo takes control with a wrist lock. Lyra counters with an escape into a snap mare, but Iyo goes right back to the wrist. Lyra flips her way out with a monkey flip and keeps hold of the wrist lock, then takes Iyo over with a backdrop while maintaining control. Iyo catches her in a headscissors, but Lyra slips free and applies a side headlock. Lyra floats over and lands a spinning heel kick for a near fall. She tries to lift Iyo, but Iyo escapes. Iyo heads up top, but Lyra cuts her off, drops her across the top rope, and follows with a dropkick through the ropes.
Lyra sends Iyo back into the ring and covers for a near fall. She stretches Iyo on the mat, but Iyo fights for a reversal and rolls her up for a near fall of her own. Lyra counters with a backslide for another near fall, then transitions from a wrist lock into a rear chinlock and drives elbows into Iyo’s clavicle before getting yet another near fall. Iyo dropkicks Raquel to the floor and goes for a suicide dive, but Raquel catches her. Iyo slips free and lands a series of strikes, but Raquel shuts her down with a back elbow and a clothesline. Raquel sends Iyo back into the ring and heads to the turnbuckles, hitting the twisting Vader Bomb elbow drop for a near fall. She sets for the Tejana Bomb, but Iyo gets to the apron and drops Raquel across the top rope. Iyo goes for a springboard dropkick, but Raquel moves and blasts her with a POUNCE. Raquel follows Iyo to the floor and hot‑shots her onto the announce table. She rolls Iyo back inside, kicks her, and taunts her before hitting three straight elbow drops for a near fall.
Raquel applies a half‑nelson and chinbar, then sends Iyo into the turnbuckles and hits lawnmower elbows. She chokes Iyo in the ropes, kicks her, and hits a slingshot jackhammer for a near fall. Raquel climbs for a powerbomb, but Iyo escapes and hits a shotei. Iyo follows with a rana off the turnbuckles, then goes up top and hits a missile dropkick. She flips through, shows she HAS EARS, and hits a running double‑knee strike. Iyo climbs for the moonsault, but Liv Morgan appears and distracts her. Raquel takes advantage and drops Iyo on the top rope.
Stephanie Vaquer’s music hits, and she goes after Liv. The two brawl to the back.
Meanwhile, Iyo is still on the turnbuckles. She goes for a tornado DDT, but Raquel blocks it just enough for Iyo to shift into an inside cradle and get the three count.
After the fall, Raquel boots Iyo to the floor, then lawn‑darts her into the ring post and hits a Tejana Bomb onto the apron.
The next participant is Ivy Nile.
Ivy rolls Iyo into the ring and immediately gets the three count. Ivy mocks Iyo.
The next participant is Bayley.
Bayley checks on Iyo, but Ivy attacks her from behind and drives her into the ring steps. Ivy follows with forearms and throws Bayley to the mat. She sends Bayley into the turnbuckles and lands more forearms. Bayley gets a boot to the midsection, but Ivy fires back with forearms and a hard Irish whip. Ivy hits a clothesline for a near fall, then drops an elbow to the back. She follows with a snap mare into a reverse chinlock and another elbow drop. Bayley fights out with elbows, but Ivy takes her over with a gutwrench suplex and goes right back to the chinlock. Bayley escapes with a snap mare, and Ivy runs into an elbow. Bayley climbs the turnbuckles for the elbow drop, but Ivy gets her feet up and kicks Bayley to the floor.
Bayley fires back with a forearm on the apron, then jumps off the ring steps with an elbow drop to Ivy draped over the apron. Bayley follows with a belly‑to‑belly suplex and gets the three count.
The final participant is Asuka.
Bayley hits a suicide‑dive forearm and rolls Asuka into the ring, but Kairi distracts her long enough for Asuka to strike. Asuka takes control with a snap mare and repeated kicks to the back, then chokes Bayley in the ropes while Kairi sneaks in punches behind the referee’s back. Asuka keeps the pressure on with more choking in the corner and another kick to the back. Bayley fires off a forearm, but it barely slows Asuka, who answers with Kawada kicks and stacks up a series of near falls. Bayley blocks a cross‑armbreaker and counters with a rollup for a near fall of her own. She drives Asuka into the corner with shoulders and follows with forearms. Bayley drapes Asuka in the ropes and hits a springboard knee drop to the midsection, then lands a sunset‑flip powerbomb into the turnbuckles for a near fall.
Asuka avoids the Rose Plant and transitions into a Stretch Muffler that she turns into an ankle lock. Bayley rolls toward the ropes, but Asuka hangs on. Bayley tries to roll through again, and Asuka drops down for another near fall. Bayley blocks a kick and applies a kneebar, forcing Asuka to reach the ropes and roll to the floor. Bayley follows and hits the dropkick through the corner of the ring before sending Asuka back inside. In the Arena:
Byron Saxton brings Nattie onto the stage and asks about her new attitude and everything that has happened recently. He asks her what comes next.
Nattie says she hopes Maxxine enjoyed her hospital stay and hopes the doctors figured out why she’s so feeble. She attacked Maxxine because Maxxine doesn’t belong in her business. Nattie says she made the same mistake Maxxine did — she listened to the fans. She shook her ass instead of making people kiss it. She says she lost herself as Natalya, and she should have been in the gauntlet. She tells Maxxine that the truth hurts, and Harts don’t lie.
Maxxine attacks Nattie from behind, unloading with punches and kicks until officials pull them apart. As they restrain Maxxine, Nattie sneaks in a forearm.
Backstage:
Danhausen stops Classico and asks to try on his mask. Classico tells him you never touch a luchador’s mask. He says he doesn’t have tiempo and tells Danhausen to vámonos. Danhausen says if Classico won’t join forces with him, then he is cursed.
Intercontinental Championship
Penta (c) vs. “Original” El Grande Americano
Penta steps forward before the match and says he wants to offer a thank‑you. He thanks his family, his friends, and everyone who has stood beside him. He thanks his fans all around the world. He thanks everyone who believed in him, because that belief helped him reach this championship. He says the title isn’t just his — it belongs to everyone who never gave up. He represents the dreamers and the fighters in real life. This championship is the result of hard work, sacrifice, and believing in yourself every single day. Together, he says, they’re going to make history.
We see El Grande Americano come to the ring, possibly after some backstage shenanigans against Classico.
Penta and Grande exchange a few words before locking up. Grande drives Penta into the corner with a kick. Penta reverses, sending Grande into the opposite corner and lighting him up with a kick and punches. Penta follows with a chop, then another punch and another chop, piling on the strikes. Grande takes him down with a side headlock takeover, but Penta answers with a headlock of his own. Penta kicks Grande in the midsection, but Grande fires back with a headscissors takedown. Penta immediately returns the favor with his own headscissors. Penta drops Grande with a kick, then cracks him with another chop.
Grande whips Penta into the corner, blocks a kick, and chops him hard. He sends Penta shoulder‑first into the ring post, then unloads with punches and a chop. Grande adds a kick and an elbow to Penta as the pace picks up.
Grande sends Penta into the turnbuckles and climbs up to punch him, but Penta grabs Grande by the mask, reverses positions, and fires off punches of his own. Grande rakes the eyes, whips Penta across the ring, and slaps him. Penta answers with a running kick, then floats over into a lungblower. Penta adds a hesitation headstand dropkick, then launches with a flip dive onto Grande. He heads up top and connects with a crossbody for a near fall. Grande scrambles to the ropes to avoid Sacrifice. Grande counters with a rollup for a near fall, then hits a spinebuster for another two count. Penta looks for the Penta Driver, but Grande escapes—only for Penta to blast him with a kick. Penta climbs the turnbuckles, but Grande catches him and hits a rolling Death Valley Driver for a near fall.
They trade strikes—Penta with chops, Grande with a kick and a knee lift. Grande leaps off the turnbuckles, but Penta catches him and hits a Codebreaker. Penta follows with a springboard Destroyer and gets the three count.
Winner: Penta
We Hear from Stephanie Vaquer
Stephanie Vaquer responds to Liv Morgan with a cold, deliberate message. She says she heard every word Liv said last week. She can see the privilege Liv has had, and she can see how Liv learned from the best. What angers her is that Liv has every tool to be great, but is too ignorant to use them. Liv hides behind her friends—is she proud of that? Stephanie says Liv was forged by the people around her, but Stephanie was forged by hell. They took different roads, but both have the skill to stay on top. Liv, however, has become lazy.
Stephanie says she sees more in Liv than Liv sees in herself. She sees a worthy, fierce opponent. But Liv sees herself as a cheap blonde who will take the easy way out to win. Stephanie warns her to bring every bit of her training into the ring, because Stephanie will bring the blood, sweat, and experience needed to continue making history as Women’s Champion.
Backstage:
Liv Morgan fires back, saying at least she has friends. She promises they’ll get Raquel back into the title picture.
Dominik Mysterio asks if anyone has seen Finn. JD says he’ll go find him. Dom says he needs to go to the ring and get something off his chest. Liv asks if they should go with him, and Dom says that would be nice.
In the Arena:
In the arena, Danhausen comes to the ring—without the Dancehausens. He greets the people of Seattle and introduces himself. He says he wanted to come out and thank the “fanhausens.” He calls for T‑Shirt Boy and tosses shirts into the crowd.
In the Arena:
Dominik Mysterio comes to the ring with Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. He says he demands a rematch. He should be the champion, but Penta is walking around with his title. And everyone knows whose fault that is. Dom calls out Finn Balor, saying he didn’t want to do this publicly, but Finn is forcing him to air their dirty laundry in front of the world.
Finn Balor finally makes his way out, JD McDonagh at his side.
Dom asks where the hell Finn has been — everyone has been looking for him. He hopes Finn is here to tell him he secured the rematch.
Finn asks if Dom is finished. He says Dom is right about last week: if it wasn’t for him, Dom would still be champion. Finn apologizes. He says he was trying to help Dom, trying to teach him a lesson. They’re a family, and they will always have his back. Dom told him he wanted to be the greatest Mysterio of all time — and he can be. But to be the greatest anything, you have to learn to fight your own battles. Finn says he’s been trying to guide Dom for two years, but the more he tries to help… maybe Rey was right. Maybe Dom is a spoiled little bitch.
Dom pie‑faces Finn.
Finn fires back with a Pele Kick that drops Dom. JD tries to pull Finn off, but Dom charges — and Finn hits a Sling Blade. Finn sets for the running dropkick, but JD cuts him down with a clothesline. Liv and Raquel jump in, punching and kicking Finn. JD and Dom join the assault, and JD rains down forearms as Finn is overwhelmed.
Dominik grabs a chair and the hammer while JD holds Finn in place, but Finn kicks both of them away. Dom recovers first and blasts Finn with the hammer. Dom hides the hammer in his boot while JD drapes Finn in the ropes, setting him up for a 619. Dom hits it, then climbs to the top rope for a frog splash. JD drives the top of the chair into Finn’s midsection, lays the chair across Finn’s body, and Dom crashes down with another frog splash onto the chair, crushing Finn beneath it. Balor gets some medical attention.
Backstage:
Pearce is backstage with Je’Von Evans, telling him he has some good things lined up for him.
Kofi Kingston and Grayson Waller walk up, and Kofi asks for a moment with Evans. Kofi says he thinks they got off on the wrong foot. He admits he took things out on Je’Von, but the truth is he sees a lot of himself in him — the innovative moves, the spark no one had seen before. Kofi reminds him he became World Champion, and he genuinely believes in Je’Von’s potential, but he needs the right people around him. Kofi tells him he doesn’t have to do this alone and asks him to think about it.
Backstage:
Jackie Redmond is with Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. She congratulates Bayley on her win and the title match next week. Bayley thanks Lyra for having her back, and Lyra says Bayley should be the next champion. Bayley calls AJ Lee an inspiration for so many women and says she’s never held the Intercontinental Championship, so she’s excited for the opportunity. She adds that once she wins, maybe she and Lyra can run it back.
Oba Femi vs. Rusev
Oba Femi and Rusev collide immediately, both men throwing clotheslines that neither budges from before trading heavy punches. Rusev fires knees and strikes, but Oba stays upright. Oba whips Rusev into the corner and crushes him with a running uppercut. Rusev answers with a corner splash, but Oba cuts him off with a boot. Oba clotheslines Rusev over the top rope and lands on his feet on the floor. Rusev hits double throat thrusts, but Oba whips him into the ring steps. Oba sends him back inside, but Rusev kicks Oba off the apron—Oba still lands on his feet. Rusev unloads with punches, sends Oba into the ring post, and hits a spinning heel kick against the announce table.
Back in the ring, Rusev lands kicks, but Oba snatches him for a chokeslam attempt. Rusev escapes and hits a thrust kick. Oba fires back with a corkscrew back elbow and a toss powerbomb. He follows with a sit‑out powerbomb and gets the three count.
Winner: Oba Femi
– Next week, Brock Lesnar is on Raw. Bayley faces AJ Lee for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. El Grande Americano Classico faces El Grande Americano. Roman Reigns will be on Raw (at least from 10PM to the end of the show).
CM Punk steps into the ring and asks the crowd if it isn’t great to be alive in Seattle, getting the cheap‑pop with a Seahawks nod. He says he expected some people to be mad at him after last week. Some called what he said disrespectful. Punk fires back that Roman Reigns has never respected him at any point in his career. He tells the crowd to hold their breath — maybe Roman will actually show up. Punk says he’s going to force Roman to respect the position he holds.
He talks about what championships are supposed to mean. Titles exist to determine who the best is. Champions defend their titles. Roman, he says, shunned his opportunities and refused to defend his belt — that’s why this title had to be created. Punk defends his championship because he’s a fighting champion. He raises the level of competition. If you don’t level up physically and verbally, you’ll be left slack‑jawed and dumbfounded like Roman was last week.
Punk admits he lowered himself to Roman’s level… and that’s when The Usos interrupt.
Jey paces in the ring and demands that Punk apologize right now. Punk fires back, asking why Roman is still sending his cousins to do his heavy lifting.
Jey insists they came out on their own and repeats that Punk needs to apologize.
Jimmy steps in and says this isn’t about Roman — it’s about respect. He tells Phil that he has always respected him. He respects Punk for speaking his mind, for fighting through obstacles, for being the “voice of the voiceless.” Jimmy says Punk can talk trash about Roman all he wants, but last week Punk disrespected their late uncle, who has no voice. Jimmy tells Punk to apologize.
Punk says Jimmy is right — Sika doesn’t have a voice. Punk says he isn’t spiritual, but he and Sika were friends. He asks if they think Sika can hear him. Punk says he knew Sika, though he knew Afa even better. He talks about going to Allentown, being paid in knowledge under the Wild Samoan tree, babysitting Lance, sitting in the truck with Samu while he taught him the business. Punk says he respects everyone in their family — and their family has always shown him respect — except for one son of a bitch.
If Sika heard what Punk said last week, then Sika sees what Punk sees: that Roman is a lying, conniving, backstabbing, manipulative narcissist.
Jey says this isn’t about Roman. Punk just needs to say “I’m sorry.”
Punk shakes Jimmy’s hand and says he’s sorry. Jey shakes his hand too. They thank him.
Then Punk finishes the sentence.
He says he’s sorry that Roman treated them and their entire family like garbage for years and never apologized. He’s sorry Roman never apologized for what he said about Dusty. Why isn’t Roman the one being held accountable?
Punk says he’s sorry Roman has fooled everyone into thinking he cares. If Roman cared about anything, he’d be standing in the ring right now — instead of sending out his “young boys.”
Jey shoves Punk to the mat. The Usos leave the ring as the show goes off the air.

WWE RAW Preview – March 9, 2026
AJ Lee enters Raw as the newly crowned Women’s Intercontinental Champion, and tonight she’ll learn who will challenge her at WrestleMania 42. A stacked Women’s Intercontinental Championship No. 1 Contenders Gauntlet Match will determine her opponent, featuring IYO SKY, Bayley, Ivy Nile, Raquel Rodriguez, Lyra Valkyria, and Asuka. After declaring last Monday that she welcomes any woman who wants a shot at her title, Lee now watches six of WWE’s top competitors battle for the right to face her on the grandest stage.
The Intercontinental Championship will also be defended tonight as Penta puts his newly won title on the line against OG El Grande Americano. Penta captured the championship last Monday after dethroning Dominik Mysterio, capitalizing on failed interference from Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh. Meanwhile, OG El Grande Americano has been entangled in ongoing chaos with El Grande Americano, Rayo Americano, and Bravo Americano, making tonight’s title match another unpredictable chapter in the saga.
After dominating SmackDown with decisive victories over Kit Wilson, The Miz, and Johnny Gargano, Oba Femi makes his first-ever in‑ring appearance on Raw as he faces Rusev. Rusev called Femi out last Monday, leading to a heated confrontation that ended with Femi dropping him with a brutal clothesline. With both men looking to assert dominance, their clash tonight promises to be one of the most physical matches on the card.
