Mark Coffey made a return to WWE this week, taking part in a guest coaching role at the WWE Performance Center.
Coffey shared photos from the visit on Instagram and described the experience positively after working with talent from WWE NXT. He was seen alongside coach Johnny Moss and other Performance Center staff during the session.
“Fantastic time coaching this week at The WWE PC for WWE NXT,” Coffey wrote.
Coffey was released by WWE in May 2025 along with his brother Joe Coffey and stablemate Wolfgang. The trio, known as Gallus, spent several years competing across NXT and NXT UK. During his run with the company, Coffey captured the NXT UK Tag Team Championship and the Heritage Cup Championship.
During their final months with WWE, the group also contributed behind the scenes by assisting in training Dwayne Johnson for his in-ring return at WrestleMania 40.
After completing his coaching stint, Coffey returned to Scotland, where he is scheduled to compete for Insane Championship Wrestling this weekend. He is set to face Saxon Huxley on Sunday.
It was also recently confirmed that all three members of Gallus have signed with Major League Wrestling. The group will perform under the name GBOT, short for Gallus Boys on Top.
Coffey’s appearance at the Performance Center came during a busy week, which also included a guest coaching visit from Ricky Morton of The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express. Meanwhile, much of the NXT roster is currently on a live event tour across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.
