Mr. Iguana Reflects on Emotional WWE Royal Rumble Debut – Mr. Iguana is still celebrating after achieving one of the biggest milestones of his career. The AAA star officially made his Royal Rumble debut at the 2026 event, entering the 30‑man match at number nine. His time in the ring was short, but the moment itself carried far greater meaning for him.
Speaking with WWE Español in a video shared on social media, Iguana described the experience as surreal and deeply personal. He thanked fans for their support and said stepping onto such a massive stage fulfilled a dream he has carried for years.
“So far from home, but so close to everyone. A great experience. The dream came true, and we’re here,” Iguana said. “A year ago, I didn’t know where I’d be, and today I’m here with all these superstars on the other side of the world.”
He credited the WWE Universe for making the moment unforgettable, admitting that the reaction inside the arena was more powerful than anything he expected.
“I just want to thank the WWE Universe, the fans, and everyone. A dream came true, and honestly, it really moves me,” he continued. “It’s a wild ride that I never imagined possible. It’s happening, and there’s so much more to come.”
Iguana added that the crowd’s energy is what motivates him to keep pushing forward.
“Listening to the reaction and everything, that’s why we’re here, and we’ll continue here,” he said. “We still need to get more green.”
