Nick Khan Reflects on His Working Relationship with Triple H – WWE CEO Nick Khan recently spoke at length about his partnership with Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque during an appearance on ImPaulsive with Logan Paul. Over the course of the conversation, Khan described how their roles differ, how often they communicate, and why their dynamic is essential to WWE’s continued growth.
Khan made it clear that he rarely steps into the creative process unless Triple H specifically seeks his opinion or unless there is something he believes needs his direct input. As he explained, “The only times I’ll get involved (in creative) is if he calls and asks for my point of view on something, or if I really feel strongly about it. Just as if he really feels strongly about something on the business side, I want him to call me.” He emphasized that this mutual respect keeps their partnership on solid ground.
He went on to say that the two are in constant contact throughout the day. “I’ll talk to Paul [Levesque] three to five times a day, which is a lot. He’s been a phenomenal partner and I love where creative has gone. It’s Paul’s vision being executed by folks like (Logan Paul).” Khan credited Triple H for shaping the direction of WWE programming and praised the team carrying out that vision.
Later in the discussion, Khan shifted his attention to the future. He explained that WWE’s long-term success depends on maintaining a steady flow of young performers while ensuring established names continue to serve as mentors. “As long as we have a pipeline of young fresh talent, and we have the folks that have earned their senior status; Roman, Seth who’s injured, Cody, Randy, those folks where the young folks can be under their tutelage, I think we got a great shot to have the business continue to soar and grow year over year.”
Khan’s comments reflect a firm confidence in WWE’s creative direction under Triple H and a belief that the company’s structure—balancing experience with new talent—will keep WWE progressing as it moves into its next era.
