After the match, Wilson addressed the rumors directly on X (formerly Twitter), posting, “new music, who dis?” When a fan asked if this meant he and Elton Prince had gone their separate ways, Wilson quickly dismissed the idea, responding, “I’ll never break up with that man.”
His clarification brought relief to Pretty Deadly’s supporters, many of whom have been waiting for Prince’s in-ring return. The duo has not competed together since May 2025, when Prince suffered an injury during a SmackDown match that forced him out of action. Wilson has appeared sparingly in singles competition since then while his partner continues to recover.
Pretty Deadly remains one of WWE’s most charismatic and entertaining teams. Known for their distinctive style and humor, Wilson and Prince previously held both the NXT and NXT UK Tag Team Championships before being called up to the main roster.
While there is still no confirmed date for Elton Prince’s return, Wilson’s comments confirm that the “boys” are not going their separate ways. Once Prince is cleared, fans can expect Pretty Deadly to resume their partnership on SmackDown and continue their pursuit of tag team gold.
