AEW Star Hologram Undergoes Knee Surgery – AEW star Hologram has revealed that he is recovering after undergoing knee surgery. The Conglomeration member shared the update on social media Friday, posting a photo of his post-surgery scars with the caption, “Surgery, Rehab, Rise up.” The procedure comes after a storyline injury last month that coincided with his ongoing feud against the Don Callis Family.

On an episode of AEW Collision in September, Hologram was written off television following a backstage attack orchestrated by his new rival, Clon, who was later revealed as the newest member of Don Callis’s faction. AEW officials later confirmed that Hologram had sustained “significant injuries” as part of the angle and was expected to be sidelined for the remainder of 2025.

Hologram was originally scheduled to challenge Kyle Fletcher for the TNT Championship on AEW Dynamite, but Orange Cassidy stepped in as his replacement after the attack. Cassidy was unable to capture the title, and The Conglomeration’s rivalry with the Don Callis Family has continued to escalate in Hologram’s absence.

Mark Briscoe also took his shot at Fletcher’s championship earlier this month at WrestleDream but came up short. On the latest episode of AEW Dynamite, Briscoe and Cassidy issued a challenge to Fletcher and Clon for a tag team match at Full Gear, further fueling the tension between the two groups.

While Hologram is expected to spend the rest of the year recovering, his message to fans suggests he’s already focused on rehabilitation and a comeback.
