Adam Pearce Marks 30 Years in Professional Wrestling – WWE official Adam Pearce is celebrating a major career milestone, marking 30 years in the world of professional wrestling. Currently serving as the on-screen General Manager of RAW, Pearce reflected on his three-decade journey with a heartfelt message to fans and colleagues.
On November 5, Pearce took to social media to commemorate the occasion, expressing gratitude for the experiences and people he’s encountered along the way.
“30 years ago today my professional wrestling career began. It has allowed me to visit places and experience cultures in our world I never would’ve otherwise, and to meet so many people. Some like-minded, some so different, ALL sharing a same passion. Grateful for every step, misstep and re-step. Here’s to the next 30.”
Before becoming one of WWE’s most recognizable authority figures, Pearce built a strong reputation as a competitor and veteran of the independent wrestling scene. He competed across multiple promotions, including NWA and Ring of Honor, where he gained respect for both his in-ring skills and leadership behind the scenes.
Pearce’s final official match outside of WWE came in 2014, but he briefly returned to in-ring competition in 2021 for two short matches under the WWE banner. Since then, he has remained a consistent presence on television, often caught between the chaos of RAW’s roster and the demands of his role as General Manager.
As Pearce celebrates this 30-year milestone, he continues to play an integral role in shaping the stories and matches that define WWE’s flagship show—proof that his influence in professional wrestling extends far beyond the ring.
