NXT Spoilers for July 1 Episode – Following the June 24 live broadcast of WWE NXT on The CW, WWE taped content for next week’s July 1 episode from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. The tapings featured several key matches as the brand continues building toward major summer events, including WWE Evolution and NXT Heatwave.

- Joe Hendry def. Wes Lee
Hendry continued his momentum in NXT by scoring a big win over the former North American Champion, following up on his June 24 appearance where he attacked Trick Williams after the main event. - Myles Borne def. Lexis King
Borne picked up a surprise victory over Lexis King in a singles match. King continues to struggle with consistency since returning to TV. - Yoshiki Inamura def. Jasper Troy
The former NOAH standout made a dominant impression with a decisive win over the rising developmental talent Jasper Troy. With the win, Inamura qualified for an NXT Championship match against Oba Femi at NXT Great American Bash on July 12. - Izzi Dame & Tatum Paxley def. Sol Ruca & Zaria
This tag team contest featured rising talent in the women’s division. Dame and Paxley continue their push with a solid win. - Lainey Reid def. Thea Hail
Reid secured an upset victory over Thea Hail, marking one of her biggest wins in NXT to date. - A tag match featuring Jordynne Grace and Blake Monroe vs. Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley has been set for NXT Great American Bash.
