Footage of Big Cass Being Helped by EMTs

As noted, Big Cass suffered a seizure at Tommy Dreamer’s House Of Hardcore event tonight at the old ECW Arena in Philadelphia.

Cass, who had not wrestled and was rumoured to be at the show to do a run-in, was talking to a fan at intermission around 10pm EST when he suddenly collapsed to the ground.
