He started by acknowledging Houston’s wrestling history, referencing legends of the past and noting how he often thinks about how they would handle situations like the one he is currently in.
Punk then shifted his focus to Reigns, pointing out that his rival was not in the building. He brought up recent events, reminding viewers that Reigns had previously put him through the announce table with help from his cousins. Punk made it clear he had not forgotten, adding that he returned the favor when he encountered Reigns alone at Madison Square Garden.
He leaned into the tension between them, stating that he welcomes Reigns’ hatred and sees it as validation. Punk framed himself as someone who earned everything through persistence, contrasting that with Reigns, whom he accused of benefiting from opportunities others had to fight for.

He ended with a pointed remark about ticket prices, saying, “Lower the ticket prices because I want all of these families to stand on Roman’s throat at WrestleMania.”
