WWE Reveals Full List of Nominees for 2025 NXT Year-End Awards – With just over two weeks remaining in 2025, WWE has officially unveiled the complete list of nominees for this year’s NXT Year-End Awards. Voting is now open on WWE.com, with the winners set to be revealed on December 30. That date will coincide with NXT’s final episode of 2025, which, along with the December 23 episode, is being taped in advance due to the holiday schedule.
The NXT Year-End Awards have been an annual tradition since 2015, serving as a way for fans to recognize standout performers, matches, and moments from across the year. The 2025 nominees reflect a year that featured major crossover moments, championship changes, and breakout performances from both established names and rising stars.
In the Male Superstar of the Year category, the field includes Je’Von Evans, Oba Femi, Ricky Saints, Trick Williams, and Ethan Page. Oba Femi stands out after holding the NXT Championship for much of the year, while Trick Williams added to his resume by capturing the TNA World Championship during his crossover appearances.
The Female Superstar of the Year nominees are Jacy Jayne, Sol Ruca, Blake Monroe, Tatum Paxley, and Kelani Jordan. Jayne’s year included a major title reign as NXT Women’s Champion, while Paxley’s championship win and Sol Ruca’s consistent in-ring performances also earned strong reactions throughout the year.
Tag Team of the Year nominees include DarkState, Hank & Tank, Zaria & Sol Ruca, Fatal Influence, and The Culling. The category reflects NXT’s continued emphasis on developing new teams and unique pairings.
Moment of the Year features a wide range of memorable highlights, including the NXT vs. TNA brawl, several high-profile debuts, major title wins, and surprise appearances such as Joe Hendry showing up unexpectedly and The Hardy Boyz capturing the NXT Tag Team Championships.
Match of the Year nominees span multiple premium live events, with entries like the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge at Deadline, Oba Femi vs. Je’Von Evans at Heatwave, and Jacy Jayne vs. Lola Vice at No Mercy. Best PLE or Show of the Year includes nearly every major NXT event from New Year’s Evil through Deadline.
Looking ahead, NXT’s next major event is New Year’s Evil 2026 on Tuesday, January 6. Jacy Jayne is already confirmed to defend the NXT Women’s Championship against Kendal Grey, while Oba Femi’s challenger for the NXT Championship will be decided in a number one contender’s match featuring Joe Hendry, Myles Borne, Leon Slater, and Dion Lennox.
