Speedball Mike Bailey Addresses Enemies and Fallout from Beach Break – Speedball Mike Bailey is quickly making waves—and enemies—in All Elite Wrestling.
During the May 17th edition of AEW Collision: Beach Break, Bailey secured a solid win over Blake Christian in singles action. But the bigger headline came after the match, when Bailey called out IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada. The Rainmaker didn’t take the challenge lightly, responding with an insult moments before Bailey was attacked by RUSH and Dralístico.
In a new vlog, Bailey looked back on the mayhem and acknowledged just how crowded his list of rivals has become since joining AEW.
“Here’s the situation—I have no idea what’s coming next,” Bailey said. “It could be Okada. It could be RUSH. Maybe even both RUSH and Dralístico. I’ve still got my eyes on Ricochet, but he’s scheduled to face Mark Briscoe at Double or Nothing. Honestly, it’s wild how many enemies I’ve managed to make in AEW in such a short amount of time.”
Bailey went on to call out several names who’ve taken issue with him, including Don Callis.
“Okada, RUSH, Don Callis—I’m definitely not on his Christmas card list,” Bailey quipped. “He tried to recruit me into the Don Callis Family… I won’t say what I really think of that, but let’s just say I told him to f**k off, in French no less.”
He also hinted that the Young Bucks might be harboring animosity and joked that Blake Christian “probably isn’t a fan” after the loss.
Despite the rising tension, Bailey kept a level-headed outlook: “Yes, I’ve made a lot of enemies—but I’ve made even more friends along the way. So it’s all been worth it.”
