AEW Dynamite Viewership for April 30

AEW Dynamite Viewership for April 30AEW Dynamite rebounded in viewership on Wednesday, April 30, drawing 629,000 total viewers on TBS. This marks a noticeable increase from the April 23 episode, which pulled in 521,000 viewers.

In the all-important 18-49 demographic, Dynamite delivered a 0.16 rating, up from last week’s 0.14. While the bump is a positive development for AEW, the show still faced stiff competition in the cable rankings. Dynamite trailed behind the NBA Playoffs on TNT, the NHL Playoffs on ESPN, and Fox News programming in the key demo, which is often a determining factor for advertisers.

Despite this, AEW saw strong engagement online following the broadcast. The most-viewed YouTube clip from the episode featured The Hurt Syndicate potentially aligning with MJF, garnering an impressive 299,000 views. Other notable segments also drew solid numbers:

  • “Omega! Okada! Highlights from an epic 8-Man Tag” brought in 159,000 views, showcasing AEW’s continued emphasis on high-caliber in-ring content.
  • “Samoa Joe wants AEW World Champion Jon Moxley in a CAGE at Beach Break!” picked up 156,000 views, signaling fan interest in the brewing feud heading into the upcoming Beach Break event.
  • Hangman Page vs. Kyle Fletcher for a spot in the Owen Hart Cup Men’s Final drew 118,000 views.
  • AEW Women’s Champion Toni Storm’s eliminator match against TJPW standout Miyu Yamashita also reached 118,000 views.

The ratings uptick suggests AEW’s current storylines—particularly involving MJF, Samoa Joe, and the ongoing international talent collaborations—are gaining momentum with their core audience. However, competing with major playoff broadcasts continues to present a challenge.

As AEW builds toward Beach Break and the Owen Hart Cup Finals, the company will look to sustain and build upon this growth.
