Triple H Addresses Possibility of International WrestleMania – As WWE continues expanding its global reach, the topic of holding WrestleMania overseas remains an ongoing conversation. The company has made significant international strides in recent years, notably hosting the Clash at the Castle event in the UK in 2022 and Money in the Bank in London in 2023. Additionally, WWE will bring the Royal Rumble to Saudi Arabia for the first time in 2026, further fueling speculation about a future WrestleMania being held outside the United States.
In a recent interview with The Daily Mail, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque addressed the question of hosting WrestleMania internationally. While he acknowledged the interest and possibilities, he was candid about the significant logistical hurdles that such a move would entail.
“To answer the WrestleMania question, that’s like the Super Bowl. So the process of that going other places, people don’t understand the logistics of what that takes,” Triple H explained. “Just going to Las Vegas, I can’t tell you the logistical effort that takes. They’ll be in the market for weeks setting up the set, people on the ground running stuff. So when that becomes international, the logistics become even harder. That’s the challenge, but we’re up for the challenge.”
Triple H reaffirmed that WWE’s mission is to stage WrestleMania in the best possible locations and didn’t rule out an international edition in the future. However, he emphasized that any such decision must factor in the immense production and infrastructure requirements associated with WWE’s marquee event.
WrestleMania’s short-term future is already set in the U.S. WWE has announced that WrestleMania 42 will take place in 2026 at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. Additionally, Indianapolis is confirmed to host a future WrestleMania as part of a broader partnership with the city, though the exact year has yet to be announced.
While an international WrestleMania remains a complex endeavor, WWE’s continued success in overseas markets suggests that the idea may one day become a reality—with the right conditions and planning in place.
