Omos Remains Off WWE TV – There has been minimal movement regarding the WWE future of Omos, leaving fans to question what lies ahead for the towering superstar.
Omos recently concluded what many regard as the most impressive stretch of in-ring work in his WWE career, marked by a month-long run with Pro Wrestling NOAH in Japan. His stint with the promotion concluded at the end of January, when NOAH officially announced his return to WWE. Since then, Omos has not appeared on WWE television.
According to sources, Omos is not sidelined due to injury. He is reportedly healthy and available to perform, but has not been involved in any current creative plans. Despite his readiness, internal discussions around potential storylines or matchups for Omos have been minimal, leaving him without a clear role in WWE programming at this time.
Since June 2023, Omos has only made sporadic appearances, mostly limited to televised battle royals and select live events. However, WWE officials reportedly viewed his willingness to travel to Japan and compete for NOAH positively, praising his commitment to growth and development.
Additionally, a source from Pro Wrestling NOAH noted that Omos made a strong impression during his time there. While his return to Japan has not been confirmed, the promotion would be open to working with him again should the opportunity arise.
As it stands, Omos remains under WWE contract but without an imminent return to television. His status remains uncertain, though further updates are expected as WWE creative plans continue to evolve.
