Adding to the buzz, Nikki herself has hinted at possibly doing more with WWE in the near future. While nothing has been confirmed, her name has reportedly come up in creative meetings for the two-night WrestleMania event.
Fightful Select reports that multiple pitches have been made involving current WWE United States Champion Chelsea Green. While Green currently has no confirmed match at WrestleMania 41, sources say several ideas are on the table. These include the possibility of Green hosting the event, as well as a continuation of her on-screen feud with Zelina Vega.
Perhaps most notably, WWE creative has explored the idea of United States Championship Open Challenges, with potential surprise challengers. Among the names floated were Alexa Bliss—who has not wrestled on television in over a year—and Nikki Bella, further raising speculation of the latter’s in-ring return.
